Babys being made scapegoat

I didn't get this..yesterday's episode showed ichcha holding a baby. Who's baby was it? And BTW where did the ques of "baby tapasya and ichcha" came into picture? Is it that another bachcha is supposed to come? And between all these confused story, which baby is really the real one and which one is born out of surrogacy?

And why are bachchas being made scapegoats? Any idea?
