coz d word robbery has set up new definition here and i m so confused.😕

talking legally , robbery is defined as taking the property of another, with the intent to permanently deprive the person of that property, by means of force or fear...
NOW where for even a split second iccha forced tappu to hand over d baby to her or howcome ICCHA put victim aka baby in fear infact wasnt it tapu who put baby in fear by leaving her on d mercy of orphanage person widout cross checking dat person...she was in such a hurry to get RATHOD'S love verified dat she failed to verify authenticity of person standing in orphanage ...
p.s. post is not abt who is at fault/who is not ...its all abt word robbery...isnt it a too strong word to b used...
