Besides Ichcha is referring to the present and I don't think he has hidden anything from her since they got married.

Has Ichcha told him the truth always?? No, and I don't think we can fault her for that either.........you need to be at a point in your relationship when you can share everything..........and that point is since they got married.

Well he did try to tell Ichcha about Vansh's addiction but she would not listen..........I am not judging her as she was struggling between being loyal to Vansh, knowing something was wrong but not willing to admit it and hoping it would pass.
