Well Tapu is angry with nani only because Nani didn't support her when Jogi was throwing Tapu out but Tapu doesn't think she has done anything wrong wrt Ichcha and Veer
And if she tells her parents Nani is responsible for who she is Tapu will be indirectly accepting in front of her parents that she did wrong which Tapu's ego wont allow her to do 😡
