In Legal terms yes Tapu is a criminal for conspiring to murder. And I just wish people would understand what it is like to be made someone's puppet...to live for ten years under the illusion that your servants daughter has become more important than yourself in your parents eyes and to have a vicious selfish woman like Nani poison you for ten years day in and day out! Did u never watch from the childhood days? Tapu used to be good! Very good in fact! But did anyone bother to wonder why and how she came to nurse such a resentment for Ichha? What was it that drove her to contemplate murdering her? If u had watched even after Veeya shaadi epis the way nani constantly kept Tapu under her thumb by telling her exactly what to do and how to do it and I completely blame tapu's parents for this...for one never realising what she was going through...for never removing nani despite Jogi knowing that Nani was poisoning Tapu and for putting tapu in the hostel like a punishment! Areyy that was the final straw! That wasnt the time to punish that was the time to take her to a psychiatrist! But both parents were soo gormless and even now Jogi cant see his role in all this~!

In the court of Law even Ichha is a criminal for her role in conspiracy of a fraudulent marriage! Cos dont forget tapu only said I will kill myself if u marry Veer but it was Ichha's idea to make Tapu go down in the ghunghat and marry Veer in that way so in the eyes of the law even Ichha is a criminal.

Whilst we're at whom all should be punished lets add Jogi to the list foremost for the death of ichha's dad...then Pushkar and Masoom for the fraud they are doing...Tapu for conspiracy to murder and the theft stuff I guess although the evidence of that has gone😆...Ichha for fraudulent marriage conspiracy...Chanda for theft.

Tapu cannot be charged for Vansh's suicide and I also doubt she can be booked for the fraudulent marriage now cos Veer after knowing everything still accepted her so in the Court of Law Im not 100% but I dont think that would hold anymore. Jogi would definitely go in for a number of years if found out...so would Pushkar and I wish Nani could but her crimes are moral not criminal😒
