If tappu has the benefit of being poisoned then its same with Kasab as he himself said he had no idea abt jihad and all these things bfore recruitment ..he was poor n needed money ..it was his recruiters who tutored him ..n thru propoganda ..he was just doin his job as he was instructed to

Well comparing Tapu's crimes with kasab's is a little too much! Kasab is a terrorist and is part of a long plot to kill thousands of people and throw a country into chaos. Terrorism is a crime and that should be known to everyone that you dont kill innocent people who u dont even know and have never even hurt you or even heard about you before. I agree that terrorism is all about taking young minds and polluting them using wrong interpretations of religious teachings on purpose but in this case Kasab knew that he was killing hundreds of people he had no relation with😆 I have already explained about Tapu that her reason to kill ichha although not justified was ingrained in her and her hatred blew out to such extents she got sooo angry she told Sid to kill ichha and I have not excused her for that but its quite different to terrorism! I would not defend people like kasab as a lawyer even if someone paid me a million dollars. I wouldnt defend someone who is so clearly wrong! Kasab deserves nothing less than a life sentence. Ive already said I dont believe in the death penalty cos we humans do not have the right to end someone's life only God has that.

This is the problem! Everyone thinks that ALL criminals are bad people! but there are CIRCUMSTANCES that drive most of them to sin and thats why in the courts they ask for mitigating circumstances before they give the sentence! u might think Im weird to be saying all this but I say this because I am studying criminal justice and criminal psychology and so I can understand that criminals should not be seen as bad people they should rather be seen as those who have made a mistake they need to repent for and get punished for then they can lead their lives cant they! But yes some people's crimes are so big we will not find it in our hearts to forgive or try to understand them. I dont blame you. Maybe because I have studied and experienced this first hand I can understand! I felt so bad when one time I heard from an 18 year old boy that his friend's sister had been kidnapped so he went to help his friend get him back and accidently ended up killing one of the kidnappers and it got him a 20 year jail sentence for manslaughter and there goes the poor boy's life for one impulsive movement when his intention was never wrong. The kid has now lost his chance at a family...at a normal job and normal life and he will have to bear the stigma of being a murderer for the rest of his life just for one accidental impulsive act😭 And I heard this from his own mouth!

So SRK ji do u agree Tapu is a criminal ???
