She had no intention to harm Vansh. She shdve talked him out to not kill her but she reversed the direction of the gun by smartly making him seem a big culprit. He has self respect so obviously he killed himself. She is besharam so cant even imagine y someone can suicide for such silly things. acc to her (and u) she hasnt committed any crime 😆
