Some doubts guys

In some episode before Ekleen wedding Harleen was saying she is suffering from some illness. Is it okay now? Now I am not seeing any scenes related to that. Also does actor playing Nehmat become more fat? In flashbacks she is looking very lean. Did they do that for that character? I am asking this because in lot of shows after a leap all actors have become fat.
