The main problem with this show is they don't have a proper antagonist since day one like other serials
Jasmin was brought in as a positive character . She had grey shades but deliberately turned evil to make tejo look better in the eyes of the viewers.
The bubbly sweet girl who could sell her new clothes for her sister's marriage later brought the ex on board to abuse the same sibling.

The way the characters been written is difficult to digest. Fateh willing to leave family for jasmin but in Tejo's case he did vice versa
Angad brought in to support her emotionally ended up burning her alive.
The inconsistency of characters make people annoyed and confused.
Save money. Use the same characters. Kabhi positive kabhi negative and do merry go round.
Make jasmin negative so people will ship fatejo and favour tejo.
Then
Make fateh negative so people will divert to tejang
Then they felt fatejo is trp fetcher so
Turn angad negative so people will ship fatejo again
Then turn jasmin positive so viewers will ship jasrik .
Then turn fateh negative so tejang wale who ran away will return. Ratings were soaring. Attract all fandoms
Then turn angad negative to give him a closure coz he is only cameo and fateh will be longer in the show as he is lead . So bache kuche fandom won't run away
Yeh silsila shuru sey chalta aya hain where they keep playing with characters to play the antagonist role when they could actually get one permanent one on board

Why is it necessary to butcher characters for negativity when u can get a consistent one on board who doesn't seem to stop.

Till date did they have a proper professional villain on board??
Save money. No need to bring from outside. Just keep playing around with the ones u have .

Instead of ruining the characters u have and disappointing viewers it was better u coukd have got a constant professional villain on board.

By hiding the accident truth, they destroyed her as well. Making her a villain in eye of the viewers . Why she hid a big secret from fateh and his family.
Why always saving her sister.
Literally they ruined every major character. That's why ship is sinking. Main reason, they don't have a proper constant antagonist on board.
In future they will keep doing the same. No hope . These guys are sadist and arrogant makers.
