Probably cause she knows Fateh loves her, the way she loves him, unconditionally but she didn’t confess cause it will make him weak in his resolves. Tejo has always been Fateh’s strength and she maintained that here. I think she will find some way out cause Fateh is surrounded by too many nuisances to even think peacefully specially that spineless brother and dumb mother.
