I come up with games and methods to teach kids as a part time job .

So we do lots of things in school as well.😂

Like sell story titles as products 😂

For example we pick titles of stories and divide the students in groups and say ki footi and his shoes the chapter or story name is a vomit lotion come up with jingles or ads and sell it.

Or have the kids bring a newspaper from home make them pick ten quirky headings and make a poem out of those titles with only five prepositions .

So they have to use the titles as they are and they can use five prepositions to make a poem.

Or I give them names of places and they make placards of those of those places looking up cuisines, currency , sports, of that city or country and they have to pretend to be owners of travel agencies and get their classmates to buy their tourism packages.

Best is games like deep but not profound or hashtag nametags that I came up with for kids with weak English or grammar .

I just finished my graduation in English literature and have taken admission for b.ed.

But I also work part time at a ngo called turning pages which works with underprivileged children to inculcate love for literature and reading in them.

I basically study student behaviour ,note their learning methods and capabilities and plan teaching methods according to them.

I assess teachers tell them ways to make their class interesting .

Make lesson plans and do assessment of audio tests and study the child to understand where each child lacks and on what areas the teachers can work better on with those children.😊😊
