Was Amrik caught by police on the scene of accident? If yes, then it is not hit and run case. Neither was he drunk driving. If he was driving in his lane then he is not even rash or negligent driver. Then, what is to be afraid of. Even if found guilty the max punishment I suppose is not more than 3 years with some fine. I am finding this reason quite frivolous. Why punish your whole innocent family for your own act?

J made him run away and then he was caught. So hit and run case. Even that doesn't get life sentence or death penalty for God's sake chu🤬 Samjha hai kya. These are bailable offenses with fine and very little imprisonment. Hone do proper investigation. This is done just to get FT together to save family and amrik but atleast thoda sensible dikha dete. Main bhi kahan sense ki umeed laga baiti nonsense 🤦🏻‍♀️

The first red flag should have been J is blackmailing so there is something fishy. Straight away approach the legal resources and surrender. They are playing into her hand by agreeing to her terms and conditions. Agreeing to her means living hell on the earth so its better Amrik go through legal process.
