Hey y’all👋🏼

link to the second part: Trapped | Part 2

“Mamiji here? And that too with Gippy?” she voiced to no one in particular as she spotted her aunt and Gippy talking in a distance from her. She wanted to know what they were talking about, so like a creepy stalker she tiptoed without making a sound and moved closer to them to have a better hearing on their conversation.

“Okay Mamiji, as you say” Gippy said.

“Okay Gippy beta, i’ll leave now. Take care of yourself,” Mami told him as he got in his car.

Tejo was disappointed as she couldn’t hear what they were planning but she knew it was something big. She couldn’t believe her own aunt was plotting against her sister and that too with the guy that hit Jasmine. She thought that she had to do something to stop them both or else god knows what’s going to happen.

She left for home and was still wondering about that meeting. She needed answers. She didn’t want to confront her aunt again and tell her to back off, it’ll come off rude. But she knew she needed to do something. In her thoughts, she forgot about Fateh. He was in the washroom, well having lovey dovey talks with her sister, wasting water. A fitting place for them to have a conversation suits their personality, thought the author.

Next day

Tejo was in deep thoughts of the previous day’s activity that she boiled over the milk and burnt Fateh’s parathas.

“What are you thinking about, bhabhi?” Mahi questioned Tejo seeing her state.

“Nothing really Mahi, I’m just a little stressed, tell me how are you? We haven’t had a proper conversation since the day before,” Tejo replied.

“I’m all good. Aren’t you getting late for college?” Mahi asked.

Tejo looked at the clock and realized that indeed she is getting late for work.

Later that day

Jasmine has left to meet Fateh at a coffee shop and Gippy has kept an eye on her all day long. He followed her half way in his car, so she won’t have any suspicions of being followed. A friend met him the other half to help him out with his plan. It was time to get his plans to succeed, after all it’s about his character. ”She dared to accuse him of something so despicable,” he thought.

“Gippy, bro are you sure of this? This girl seems dangerous. I mean if she can stoop so low to get her brother in law, what can she do to you,us, if she finds us plotting against her?” Rajveer, his friend asked him.

“Don’t worry, Rajveer. Everything will be fine. Have some faith. I just need to unmask these cheaters, that’s all and then I’m going back home. To Canada,” Gippy said.

At the cafe

“Jasmine, we need to stop meeting so often outside. What if someone sees us and tells our family?” Fateh said.

“Oh come on, Fateh. Kī hōṇa jā rihā hai? (what’s going to happen?) Nothing. And if they do find out, what’s the big deal?! It’s not a crime that we love each other and we’re spending time together, is it?” she answered.

“Anyways forget about that and let’s enjoy it for now. You’ll have to go home to Tejo in a bit, so please,” she spat out bitterly.

”Tejo? Tejo! Sh*t. What’s wrong with you, Fateh?” He thought. “He was a married man having an affair with his wife’s sister. Roaming the streets of Punjab, taking her to lunch, buying gifts for her while simultaneously lying to his wife, leading her on and making false promises. He knew he was wrong but he can’t help it, he’s loved Jasmine for a long time. But Tejo? She had expectations and all he's doing is disappointing her,” he thought.

At the other end of the cafe, Rajveer was seated. He was taking pictures of the couple. The spies had an insider. Apparently the table had a microphone installed in the vase and their conversation was being recorded.

“Fateh - Jasmine, game over. I had immense respect for you Fateh but you let me down. The girl that I had trusted and was about to confess my love for had betrayed me for her sister’s husband. Accused me of something that I won’t do when in my wildest dreams.” Gippy thought.

Sandhu House

Gippy’s parents have arrived and have been apologizing to the Sandhus. It was a part of Gippy’s plan, to keep them occupied until their beloved daughter was home. Satti has informed Tejo of their arrival and she was already present there. She was more than eager to go as she wanted to confront her aunt of plotting against her sister.

The families were seated in the living room talking when Jasmine entered. She thought, “I hope they aren’t here to talk about marriage. Oh god, this mamiji na. If I don’t kick her out of here, then my name is not Jasmine Sandhu.”

“Sat Sri Akal,” she greeted the elders.

She was greeted back by everyone and informed that Gippy’s parents were sorry about his behaviour and that they’re leaving for Canada in 2 days.

Inwardly she was rejoicing that Gippy was now retiring and he wouldn't be meddling in her plans of getting Fateh. Outside she kept a stoic face, not giving away any of her devilious plans to anyone. Mami was aware of her intentions amidst all and was praying that Gippy gets here and reveals all of her evil deeds to the family. Only then will she return to her village in peace.

Ring…ring…

Tejo’s phone was ringing. Incoming call from Fateh. She forgot to inform him that she’s at the Sandhu house and might probably spend the night there although she has already informed the elders and they seemed to be okay with it, all except for Nimmo Maachi and afterwards Gurpreet.

“Hello Fateh,” she said once she was out of Sandhu’s sight.

“Hello Tejo, where are you? I’m looking for you at home.” He nervously said.

“Arey, calm down. I’m at Papa’s, I’ll sleep over and come tomorrow, okay? I’m fine, no need to worry,” she chuckled and said.

“Why? Is everything okay there?” He probed her for answers.

“Actually it kind of is, Gippy’s parents are here. They’ve come to talk.”She told him.

“Okay, I’m coming” he said to her and cut the call before she could reply to him.

Unaware of the storm headed their way, there was a peaceful conversation going on inside. After all, it's the calm before the storm.

A car pulled up. Tejo thought it was Fateh and wondered how did he reach her this fast. At the entrance, she was shocked - it was Gippy and a sinfully handsome man. She was too stunned to react and the gentlemen walked past her but one particular pair of eyes was set on her.

“Hello,” Gippy greeted everyone. Abhiraaj was quick on reflexes to jump on Gippy but Rajveer was faster and protected his friend. “Actually, I’m not here to cause any trouble but trust me what I’m about to show you, you better prepare yourselves for it. And I’m sorry for all the trouble that I’ve caused,” Gippy requested the Sandhus.

Rajveer opened his laptop and camera bag and set everything up on the coffee table that was in the middle of the couch set. Everyone gathered around the sofa, just the elders were seated. In about five minutes, he was finished and everything was ready to go.

Jasmine was nervous as to what Gippy was about to show the family, sweat beads were forming on her forehead, her throat was parched, she needed water. She thought about “if he’s going to expose her to his family about her character assassinating him but he had no proof, right?” Amidst her thoughts, Fateh entered and greeted everyone. He shot her a look and nodded at her.

The video started playing, the shocked faces on everyone and the glares from Satti and Rupi, Jasmine and Fateh knew they were doomed. Tejo was too stunned to react. She couldn’t believe that they could do something like that to her. But the videos and recording? That wasn’t morphed, it was them, their voices confessing ‘I love you’s’ to each other. Was she that naive to think that they couldn’t do that to her? After all, they loved no, love each other. All she was was a third person between them. She was forcefully placed between them in the name of society.

Fateh couldn’t look Tejo in her eyes, he was guilty of keeping her in the dark and lying to her face despite her telling him that she hates cheaters. And why wouldn’t she? It’s the second time that she’s been cheated. Tejo kept quiet, Sandhus were ashamed of their smallest daughter dragging the families’ name through the mud and romancing with her sister’s husband. Satti couldn’t make eye contact with Mami, after all she’s been warned but she ignored all the warnings.

Satti apologized to Gippy and his family and wished him the best for his future. He didn’t deserve what he’s been through, he was too sweet. Tejo even apologized and thanked him and Rajveer.

“It’s okay, Tejo ji. Don’t blame yourself. None of this is your fault. You have had no idea that was happening behind your back. In fact I didn’t even know until your aunt hadn’t told me that day. So it’s okay, no need to apologize,” Gippy told Tejo. She returned a half smile to him and threw her way, a full blown one which warmed her heart. With that Gippy and his family along with Rajveer have left for their respective homes.

Very good OS by you, dear! ⭐️

P.S. Why can't the revelation happen in front of both the families? Virks also deserve to know what all Fateh did in your story.

Wow... I so want this to happen... pls if the makers have even an ounce of shame left, please expose Jasfa publicly, so that the so called Jasfaholics 🤔(such a crappy term, i know) should see the consequences of EMA 😈

Just last week, before the Mall epi, i had wrote something similar,

https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/post/158061936

keeping fingers crossed, these a**ho!es should get exposed soon, so that I can watch that one last episode and I am done 😊 No more Udaariyaan after that. Too much toxicity to watch, I would rather read a good book.

Loved reading it 💗

I love Gippy's character... Both here and in the show. He's jovial, but he understands what to take seriously. This was probably the best way to expose those two. But, ITV just thinks about trp and not about what's correct. At this point, I don't want Fatejo reunion or anything. Fateh is more in the wrong. Jasmine is self obsessed...but, Fateh, he's toh deliberately lying and cheating.

Anyway, leaaave this rant.

Loved your story and hopefully, will get to read more of them 💜

Ahhh....I loved this exposure.

The way Gippy and Rajveer went about was fantastic. They made a full blown plan to execute their actions which was brilliant. Such a trap would be needed to expose shrewd Jasmine.

And bringing everyone to the same place was an added bonus. Gippy definitely is a smart guy.

I am impressed.

Awesome work!!

It’s been almost 2-3 weeks that I haven’t watched. I don’t have the courage to watch something like this, really disappoints me to know that they’re glorifying EMA and to some extent mental abuse.

Thank you for reading.💓
