I do think he will have some development, he isn't just going to romance Jasmine and that's it.

He will face the consequences of his actions, maybe he will be miserable for a while and then will learn how to deal with his own mess

Kunal was a special prani. Guy had no guilt in cheating his wife. Even Nandini used to feel guilty. But this guy had no remorse at all for what he did to his wife. Don't think they can introduce a track like that here. People won't accept it, except some delusional Jasfa fans.
