I dont understand the legality or about the contracts
Read all your views.

In all this though you all know better what is for the show still the killing of Chakor is paining me way too much.

even if she is killed saving Anjor whats the benefit for the show and also finally what is conveyed... (yes right there is nothing as social message now)

but still killing Chakor😭😭

Yes it will be painful but it's better if they kill chakor so that Meera won't be tortured again.

sumi i know it pains that they can kill chakor off, but then my question is the same, how will that help the show? chakor dieing will survive no purpose, they have reached a dead end imo.

i posted this on twitter

Chakor a piece of my heart

I was never a TV buff and was never really attached to fictional characters but Chakor and Udaan changed that. The first promo of the show grabbed my attention and I start following the show. Chakor the original protagonist of the show has always been a special character; she carries feathers of immense strength, courage, confidence. Chakor is inspirational and a woman of substance. I watched Chakor journey from August 2014 but sadly that journey ended on February 14 2019. I was forced to quit because I could no longer connect with show anymore. My favourite Chakor was sentenced for 10 long years for no crime, she was brutally separated from the man she began to love and had started dreaming a new life with, Chakor battle for freedom was nullified because all the villagers she fought for her, all her life became her enemies and chased her out of Azaadganj. This was unacceptable for a viewer like me because I have seen how much Chakor fought for the villagers all her life. Udaan is a social show, and it somehow has shown so many wrong things and evil winning over good. This is something viewers cant accept or forgive anymore.

I don't know what the makers or channel are thinking, but the current udaan is a mess. Changing the leads and revamping the show into a puppy love story is a suicidal turn. Audience always connected to Udaan because of Chakor, it has always been her story, at this stage side-lining her and make her amother of 18 year old is unacceptable to watch.

The show TRPS are falling, audience has already switched off due to the excess negativity and disconnect. The original theme of the show has been killed off. The post leap track is taken from star plus show Saathiya, where a daughter misunderstands and hates her mother. Udaan was never a copycat is was always original

Chakor was never an abla nari', she was a fighter, how can you expect the loyal audience to watch the show when you are making her character so ordinary. Chakor was NEVER a showpiece. Meera Deosthale as Chakor has won the audience hearts and now seeing her play mother to grown up girl, its beyond ridiculous. Its not fair on her and its not on the loyal audience too. Vijayendra Kumeria was fantastic as Suraj and Raghav, and its highly unfair that he is no longer part of the show, they was so much scope with Raghav character, which was left unexplored. Chakor-Raghav Jodi has potential.

I feel they is still room to correct the mess ,you can show:

Chakor name being cleared from the false murder charge.

Chakor fight to get freedom for Azaadganj needs to be given a positive end,

Chakor needs to reunite with her love Raghav,.

Until you don't give Chakor story a proper and positive closure, you can't expect audience to move on with the new plot.

We fans deserve justice.

A dejected fan

Chakor's exit has to be dramatic, she can't just wave goodbye and take the train, dying in Anjor's arms and a final reconciliation is my prediction.

I read TOI article once again and it was written that Meera is planning to quit the show after a couple of weeks.so everything is in the hands of producer. But considering the trp hopefully he will let Meera to quit within few weeks.

we can just choose the less bitter option dear to swallow..
considering the status now, instead of seeing the chakor we know degrading and seeing meera like this on show,
its better they gave end for raghav-chakor before leap only

Ruby as you said,
nothing is making sense this post leap..leap idea in itself is a big blunder with respect to what udaan was and for whom udaan is known for .

postleap too they are shaping story like how any other serial will have a generation leap. a spoilt brat daughter hating her mom , and mom shown as bechari..

sadly that isnt udaan is all about.
And irony is, in other shows mother are shown as helpless bcoz they are leads and mother is let to gain sympathy, here tho, the lead is Anjor.
then how the other shows track will fit into udaan is beyond my understanding.

keeping chakor or making her die pre leap , nothing will help for the udaan we wanted.. leap cancellation only could hv done that and now no going back is there

the makers have messed it big time with no resurrection for show or characters by taking this leap.

udaan is a lost cause now.

Thanks Ruby
Thanks for posting it here as i could not read it on twitter.

firstly I feel sad as I always used to wait for your summary with the special rating (which Mai carried on till very recently... thanks to you both)

Then I was enjoying your weekly analysis on Chakor .

Now I read this on twitter and I was feeling right of every word you said.

What a show had turned into what.

nothing more to add

Just that the makers has to take responsibility to do the just to the loyal viewers.
