No either 0.2 or 0.3 is added for all top 20. It's an averaging glitch. All the addition does is create a gap between the top 20 and the rest but it doesn't change the order.

You're right but it's what BARC delivers to channels and journalists.

Once when Udaan was in top 20, he published a wrong TRP ( it was different from other news sites like TC, IWM) and I commented with the correct TRP but he didn't correct it but when it happens for a big show like what happened with Kasuti today, he quickly corrects it, that's why I don't trust him.

I've noticed that he occasionally makes errors, and look at Tantra, they've been airing at 9:30 for some weeks and I think they show the repeat at 11:00 but he still reports the 11:00 TRP and not the 9:30, so IMO he doesn't care much about accuracy.
