Thanks Amrutha
I don't know how the channel and makers will interpret it, but IMO it's good. I didn't expect a TRP rise because of the shift in focus to Anjor.

Promotions alone won't bring viewers nor roping in famous actors, it's the story and they didn't offer anything new to the viewers. Also making the promo all about Anjor was a mistake, it made it look like Chakor's story was over.

The good news is the rank increased and we're still the second weekday show, although IMMJ has almost the same TRP.

Hopefully Chajor's meeting will increase TRPs and makers include Sukor soon

All Colors shows decreased slightly, but looking at numbers Udaan's decrease is biggest. Only Bepannaah managed to keep numbers constant.

Only difference is that other shows had revamp before like Roop and IMMJ and I heared Shakti is preparing for a revamp. Last week was special only for Udaan. And TRP's aren't good.

I want the trp to decrese because the week was about Ghumili and Anjor only.
And Sukor royally ignored.
The cheap way they portray Ghumili illegal relation was turn off.

I think cvs might realise that Sukor are important to story.

To be frank,i thought trp to increase in first week due to promotions.
And team need to realize that bringing Nazim making no difference to show.

TRPs aren't good given the excessive promotion but they're good considering that the show was promoted as Anjor's story and not Chakor's. Kid's stories are generally not as popular as regular drama, Kulfi is an exception and even Kulfi took a month to get into the top 10.
Last week's episodes weren't interesting, I hope Saturday's episode didn't drive people away. There is also the disconnect between the previous story and the new one, the promo made it feel that Chakor and Sukor's story was left incomplete.

I think they'll wait 3 or 4 weeks to judge the leap unless the change in numbers is big.

They changed the name of the show and made Anjor's freedom the focus, they can't expect to keep the old viewers just because Chakor is there.
They promoted the show as a kid's story and got the numbers for a kid's show. I think the numbers are similar to what Roop got when it started.

Either they keep Anjor the focus and hope that Ghumaan's family drama will bring them viewers or they should shift the focus to Chakor. I think they'll persist with the current set up for at least a couple of weeks.

But they are expecting good increase if there is revamp or leap.
Like Roop worked in first week and if i'm not wrong,Nia's entry increased IMMJ trps.
I think first week ratings important for them to check the promotions and changes in story clicked or not.

Afterall, the leap and revamp are for increasing viwership and not for driving existing viwers away.

I think they should reconsider their approach as the story should be Sukor and Anjor and Gumili as for creating obstacles.
And not Anjor and Ghumili and Sukor for just sake of it.

IMO we can't compare with other revamps, there the revamp was about adults. Roop's leap worked because it moved from a child's story to a grown up's.
Here it's the opposite and they've treated the show as a new one. IMO they'll give it time to settle because they think it can better compete with Kulfi.

The very first week of Roop, it was ranked 11th and that was before Naagin and Dance Deewana started, so Udaan Anjor ki did better.

Personally I think UAK can't compete at this time slot and they're better off bringing the focus back to Sukor but I think the makers and the channel will give it more time before reaching this conclusion.

Kids stories aren't popular as regulars and if they wanted to turn it in Anjors story they knew it and they should have expected decrease. (Colors have much experience with kids stories) but they didnt wanted it and I think that's why they gave such excessive promotions. Colors never give that kind of promotions when its about increasing viewership of Udaan but only when there is need to keep existing. But it didn't worked. So basically for channel and makers decrease overall shouldn't be good considering efforts they have put in.

It will continue decreasing if they keep focusing and stressing over Anjors story even when they bring Sukor back. Sukor story means Chakor's story, Anjors story should mean Chakor's story. (But repeating Chakors story in form of Anjor is not Chakors story, its other story.)I think that's only way they can keep viewers and stop decrease which is usual for kids stories.

Yes, trps are good considering its kids story. But it's just first week. This is not new show (although they promoted it like that) that's why trp is still good, coz of loyal and old audience. If they really turn show in just Anjors story this first week doesn't guarante them good trps.
