I think it's Chakor who calls the RAW officer, at the end of the video, she's piecing together the paper that Suraj tore. I think the message is to bring Suraj somewhere and he'll find the officer waiting for him.
I don't think they've shot Chakor's scenes with the RAW officer, so I don't think the reporter has any extra information to add.
The only case I can think of where Chakor will go on a mission is if she does that to convince Suraj to join her because he'll want to be by her side to protect her but then haveli's residents will be irrelevant to the story.
