No I think there's a mistake,both KN and Tejasvini are unaware of Chakor's pregnancy.

Tamarind did told KN that Chakor is expecting,but we never got to see his reaction,on the other side of the phone,moreover he never really mentioned about it after that.

About Tejaswini,she aslo does'nt knows about it,in that particular scene where Suraj was talking about Chakor's delivery,he was talking to himself,and he was alone when Tejaswini entered,and even she never talked about being a Dadi,as BhuKa are excited to become Nana-Nani..

So I guess,that both KN-Tejaswini don't know about it that they are going to be grandparents,they will come to know when Sukor will return
