would stephinie meyers put jacob in the story a different way?

yup but probably in a different way. maybe not in love with bella. He might have just been there as only a friend. He fell in love with Bella because she was spending so much time with him after Edward left.

I wouldd have been so mad!! the only thing i didnt like about the third book is tht..there was only bella and jake 😡 😡 Missin my edward soo muchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh 😳

If Ed never left..Jacob would never been as significant..he would just be there..

yeah i agree as well, if edward never left then things wd have been much much different........bella wd nt have been so much attached to jacob.........once he turned werewolf edward wd nt allw her to hang out with him...so much more less time with jacob.......i guess jacob always had a thing for bella from the initial days but with edward gone bella ws drawn towards him, so that wd nt have happened.........we wd have got some victoria chasing in second book itself........and volturi wd nt be knowing abt bella's existence atleast for a while............charlie wd nt have been mad at edward and he wd have stayed in charlie's good books..........

I remember reading somewhere, that Jacob was only suppossed to be a minor character in Twilight.. but Stephenie and publishers and stuff thought it will be interesting to see what they can do with his character. I love Jacob more than Edward.. but I am pretty Switzerland with who ends up with Bella.

If Edward would have never left, i don't think that Jacob would have been that important....He'd probably just be there as a friend towards Bella like in Twilight..
