Deepak Mystery Solved

The episode was (as usual) amazing, but what stumped me was this whole Deepak track! So Anuja/Devki was pregnant with Deepak when she got kicked out. 😲

I guess Anshuman's father thought it was someone else's child... but where was Deepak all these years? Lav and Girish seem to have known him. If Deepak was with Anuja/Devki, she ought to know about her children too right? If Deepak wasn't with her, how can she be sure it's the same Deepak? What's going on?! Waiting for answers!

Yah.. it was a total shocker. Deepak's character just became from a normal so so character to one of the most important.. he's Lavanya's and Anshuman's small brother..

I am also wondering... is the Deepak that Lavanya and Girish were interacting with the same Deepak? Or was the name simply used as a trigger for Anuja/Devki to reveal the truth about her third child? I mean, will the real Deepak even have the same name if he was given up to some other family/abandoned?

Really makes you wonder about the kind of person Anshuman and Lavanya's dad was.

Actually, I think they have done everything they could with Lavanya's pregnancy, both with the complications and her conflict about her adopted/biological children. It would be too much negativity to show her having more problems with the pregnancy, since I think everyone wants Girish and her to have their share of happiness.

What would be really interesting is a parallel between Deepak's conflict of birth mother vs. adoptive mother and Lavanya's conflict of biological vs. adopted children.

This PH really seems to have a thing for the theme of nature vs. nurture! 😆
