She kept on walking

She didn't realise from when she was followed

She was so much lost

" akeli kahaan jaa rahi ho madam ?" one asked and she was shocked

She walked a little more ahead where there was lots of mud

" areey aap tho pareshaan lag rahe hain , humaare saath aayiye na hum aapko bilkul pareshaan nai karenge " the other man said

Paakhi bent down and filled her fists with mud and turned to face them

She sprayed the mud into all their eyes and started running

She ran where her legs took her , she herself had no idea

But her action had insulted their male ego and all 4 of them started searching for her

She kept on running , she was tired , she wanted to cry , she felt hopeless

She thought of taking a little rest , so she hid behind a tree , she remembered all the times she trusted him and he cheated her

" aapne aisa kyun kia anshumann ? mera bharosa thodna aapke liye itna aasaan kyun tha ? kyun aapko ek baar bhi guilty mehsoos nai hua ?" she thought to herself and started running again

" yeh tho paakhi ka bag hai " he said and looked around

" paakhi ? paakhi ? kahaan ho tum ?" he screamed

" kahin ...? Nai nai usne kaha tha ki who utni kamzoor nai , lekin aaj ki baat alag hai anshu " he told himself and started searching for her on foot

He ran here and there and saw her earring fallen down

He picked it up and pocketed it and started searching for her again

" paakhi ... paakhi ... " he kept on calling for her

" ab kahaan bhagenge aap madam ?" they said cruelly as they caught hold of her

She tried to free herself but their grip on her was hery hard , it was hurting her also

One of them slapped her hard " aankh mein matti phaink ti hai " the man muttered

Her lips started bleeding and her eyes started tearing

" pati ki yaad aa rahi hai tho chodkar kyun aayi ?" the man asked her and lifted his had to slap her again but was stopped by a very strong hold

He turned to see who had dared to stop him and was shocked to see a man

" kaun hai be tu , chup chap yahaan se nikal warna..." the man threatened

" warna kya ? " saying he slapped the one who slapped her

" kisi ko bhi anshuman rathore ki bivi par haath utane ka haq nai , infact tum jaison ki tho meri bivi ko dekhne ki aukaat bhi nai , waise iss gunah ke liye mein tum chaaron ko yahin ke yahin marr bhi doonga lekin fir bhi ek last mauka de raha hoon , chup chap bhaag jao sabke sab warna mein tum logon ko marr dalonga " he threatened with all his anger

They got scared and ran off and paakhi turned and started walking

" paakhi lets go home and talk " anshumaan said and turned and was shocked

Paakhi had walked off , he immediately ran and caught her arm

" paakhi listen to me " anshumaan said

" mera haath chodiye " paakhi said

" meri baat suno " anshumaan said

" mera haath chodiye " paakhi repeated

" paakhi..." anshumann started

" mera haath chodiye ...mera haath pakadeka haq aap kho chuke hain " paakhi screamed and he let go her hand and stood there quietly

She looked into his eyes once and started walking

He saw how much damage he had done , he saw that he broke her completely , he felt bad and also guilty for hurting her like this

He again caught her hand " paakhi ghar chalo , hum kal subh utkar baat karenge " he said

She looked at his hand and he removed his hand

" kiska ghar ?" she asked

" humaara " he answered

" humaara ? really ? " she asked

" paakhi ... I know..." he started

" kya jaante hain aap zara mein bhi tho jaanu " she said

" paakhi...trust me ..." He started

" kya jaante hain aap ? " she screamed

" trust you ? wishwaas ka matlab bhi jaate hain aap ? wishwaas who tha jo maine aapke kiya , aur aapne kya kia ? mera wishwaas ka ghala ghota , marr diya hai aapne mere wishwaas ko aur fir bhi keh rahe hain ki mein aap par wishwaas karoon , kitne baar todenge aap mere wishwaas ko haan ? ab aapke mooh se nikala hua ek bhi word par mujhe wishwaas nai , sunna aapne ? " she asked

" dekho paakhi ..."he again started

" kya dekhun ? aur dekhne ke liye bacha hi kya hai ? aapko samaj mein nai aa raha na ? aapko samaj mein nai aa raha na ki aapne mera kitna dil thoda hai ? nai samaj mein aa raha hai na aapko ?" she asked

She had started crying

" mein apne ghar jaana chahti hoon , aap bhi yahi chahte hain na , issi liye aapne mera itna apmaan kiya right ? sahi sochte hain aap aur aapki behen , mein ek gaav waali hoon , par farak itna hai ki aap ya aapka yeh sheher mere laayak nai , mere gaav mein ache log ache hi dikhte hain aur bure log bure hi dikhte hain , lekin yahaan , bure log bade shaan se ache bante hain " she said

" tum mujhe jo kehna chahe kaho ... leki raat bohut ho chuki hai paakhi ..." ashuman said but again he was stopped in between

" bas... Ab fikar karne ka drama bandh kijiye aap " paakhi said

The evenings events had started taking a toll on her , she was tired and her legs couldn't carry her anymore , she didn't realise when she fainted

He saw her fainting and was quick enough to catch her , it was then he realised tht not only her hands but her entire body was hot

He quickly touched her head and neck " isse tho bohut tez bukhaar hai " he muttered

He quickly called lavanya " di please aap doctor ko bhulayiye " he said

" anshu , sab teek tho hai " lavanya asked

" nai di , par paakhi ko maine dhoond liya hai , I am bringing her home, you just call the doctor " he said

" haan abhi karti hoon " lavanya said and cut the phone

" thank god yeh behosh ho gayi , warna isse ghar leke jaana would be next to impossible " he muttered and lifted her in his arms and started walking
