It is after Vijendra finds out about DK being behind his financial problems and also finds out about Disha and Inder and wants to talk to Suhas as she wants to have Rano and Inder married even when she was the first to know about Disha and Inder. .They argue and Disha finds out..

Disha proposes for both the contract and the marriage because she will only model using Seighal's name..and cause she wants to ruin DK.. I think..lol

It was in Kanaka City (named after DK's Kanaka Empire). Since they reach late for the appointment with DK (due to Inder's negligence and nearly having accident, their car broke) they decide to stay over at the hotel untless DK's secretary would give another appointment. At the same time, Inder gets call from home and they all think that the people back home are talking about Disha and Inder's engagement, they decide to have fun and go to the disco. DK is also invited in that hotel by the owner as it was the inauguration of the disco too. DK sees her from the top floor however, they meet in the lobby after Inder pulls Disha out of the Disco as some guys were dashing into her... Inder goes out to talk to Rano as his cell was not responding properly and Disha was waiting while DK approaches towards her.. and says... EXCUSE ME........

Disha proposed the marriage with a hidden agenda to ruin DK. She says she can't use the Bhonsle name with her name. It is only when DK starts talking about Disha's rights as his wife, he says Disha will not have any rights over his property also, Disha says she doesn't care about the property and DK doesn't believe her and they decide to have the contract..
