Because Disha was Inder's first love and even though Inder married Rano he was still in love with Disha. So in love Inder walked out on Rano to be with Disha. Inder even committed suicide when Disha rejected him.

Next question:
When did Disha first saw her real dad, even though she did not know how her father looked like and he was her father?

when she married DK and went to her sasuraal there he came with the aarti to greet her!

Disha helped Dk twice with his crutches! Name both instances!

once was then when she came late at home and dk asked where have she been,and they have a little argue.disha is about to go when DK stop here wtih is cruch,and she push the cruch away from here,dk is about to fall when she hold him.(i am not sure about this one)

2.was when DK comes town from the stairs,when it came some problem on his cruch,and disha came and helped him

Hi Neha,

That was during the photoshoot which DK cancelled at the last minute. Right after the cancelled photoshoot DK has a little talk with himself (funny writing this) and DK realises he is in love with Disha.

When did Disha realise she is in love with DK?

for a few reason, shall name a few. she was DK's mistress has no moral, married Gautham for security in life, did not help Disha when Dk wanted her to do the nude photoshoot...obstacle in Disha's married life
(sanya did try to help Disha when DK was in jail)

I think the answer is Sumitra Sehgal. When Disha came to know about her she confronted DK in jail and there she came to know the real story of DK and his mother and Disha decided to bring Sumitra to Sehgal house, so she can take care of her.

Who helped Disha run away from Shadi Ka Mandap? What did they do so no one see her running?
