Hello Parveen, I see you are enjoying this grilling and roasting. I have read all your answers, they are wonderful and great.
First of all I am sorry to know that you have lost one child and I can very imagine and understand the pain you might have gone through because of this loss.
It is nice that you liked Norway and think it is beautiful. No doubt Norway has lots of natural beauty and if one enjoys the nature then Norway is a nice place to visit.
Now some questions:
1. If you meet Satyanaas how will you react and then what advice will you give to him?
2. You watched Astitva for one year. You are a gynaecologist, do you think that Nikki Aneja performed well in the role of a gynaecologist or you feel that something was missing which she could have done better.
3. Your daughters name is Sara. I am just curious to know that Zara and Sara are they two different names or only spelled differently but same name?
4. Do you watch urdu serials or have you watched urdu serials before? If yes name 2 or 3 you liked best?
That is all for now.
I will surely get back later.
Take care.
Hi Mayadi thanks for being patient.About your questions
1...If I meet this Satyanaaaaaaas....I would react calmly....but tell him that he is a' bacha' and has to learn how to act...he is lucky that AN is part of his team ...he can learn so much from him......About his eyes on Disha...I would give him a big bhashan on respect of a married woman...unfortunately he did not get sanskaars from his home.
2...I watched Astitva for a long time.I felt Nikki did very well in her role as a gynaecologist....it is just that script writers sometimes create clinical situations that are inappropriate and Nikki cannot be held responsible for this....and again I can excuse the script writers as well because they are not a part of the medical team and have to dramatise the whole situation. After all these are family dramas and not medical documemtary films where everything has to be right.I cannot remember instances from Astitva as it was a while ago...but I can quote several instances from Tumhari Disha...eg when looney sees the obstetrician..she was told that the baby's growth was fine.We all know that she was in her first trimester then ...growth is commented upon much later on in pregnancy.Another instance..2D's see a doctor about her pregnancy...doctor comments that D has had a fall which was a while ago and she has to take complete rest.I laughed as such things are foolish but still liked the fuss care and concern of DK babu for his Disha rani.
Astitva had a million such foolish professional instances that I laughed at that time...but nobody has to be blamed for this...Nikki definately did well.
What I didn't like was they made a celebrity out of her.We all go for courses, study days and conferences both locally and internationally...but we are very ondinary and down to earth people...like me here on this forum interacting with everybody. There is nothing great about it...this is just our profession...the way we have been trained to earn our livelihood...doesn't merit a celebrity status.
3...Sara means a princess. There is mention in both Quran(my holy book) and Bible about her as being Prophet Abraham's wife...Bible has the spelling as...Sara,Sarah,Sarai,Serai and Zara...so yes Mayadi it refers to the same person. My Sara is often called Zara at school...and I dont correct them for this reason.
4...Urdu serials...none at all...as I mentioned I have always watched one serial at a time.Long ago it was Ashirwad, then Chotima,Aan,Aati rahein gi baharein ,Astitva and now TD...I had my local Pakistani channel Prime tv for 6 months but could not watch it a single day therefore cancelled its subscription.
Hope Mayadi I have answered your questions to your satisfaction and apologies for the delay in replying.
