Chapter-4

"Aisa kaise kar sakte ho tum Atharv?" Kalyani was practically shouting, "Ye ghar mere aajoba aur Aau Saheb ka hai. Tum kaun hote ho iska sauda karne vale?

"Kalyani meri baat to suno," Atharv said, "Aau Saheb samjhaiye na ise."

Aau Saheb says, "Kalyani, tum janti ho, picchle mahine hi Vivek ki naukri choot gayi pata nahi kaise aur Atul bhi yahaan nahin hai. Khaane k paise lagte Hain aur oopar se is Moksh ko BHI free mein paalrahi ho. Maine pehle hi kaha tha Moksh ki maa banne ka itna shauk hai to kam se kam us saarthak rane se use palne ka kharcha to le leti. Aakhir Moksh hai to usi ke khooni bhateeje ka beta."

"Par Aau Saheb aap Moksh ka naam lekar Atharv ne jo kiya use justify nahi kar sakti." Kalyani says.

Anupriya stammers, "M...moksh abhi b...bachha hai aau saheb. Naa uski aai hai yahaan uska dhyaan rakhne ke liye na uske baba. Kisi na kisi ko to uska khyaal rakhna hi hoga."

"To kya hamne theka le rakha hai duniya bhar ke anathon ka," Aau Saheb roughly picks up Moksh and puts him outside the door, "jabse ye paida Hua hai tab se sab ashubh hi ho raha hai. Ye ab is ghar me nahin reh sakta. " Moksh starts wailing.

"Aau Saheb bahar pillu ko thand lag jayegi," Kalyani tries to go towards the door but Atharv, Pallavi and Aparna hold her back.

Aau Saheb is about to close the door when someone stops the door from closing with his shoes.

"Darwaza band Karne ki itni bhi jaldi kya hai, Mrs. Deshmukh?" Hrishaan says, "Vo bhi is ghar ke malik ko bahar khada rakhkar." Moksh is in his arms and he's smiling at Hrishaan.

Hrishaan speaks to Moksh, "Mere Moksh ko thand lag rahi thi...ab sab theek ho jaega main as Gaya hoon na."

Kalyani runs towards him and says, "Pillu ke sone ka time ho raha hai. Ise mujhe deejie."

Hrishaan shakes his head, "I don't think Deshmukh parivar itna layak hai ki ek chote bacche ki bhi dekhbhaal kar sake."

"Main Pillu ko sambhaalne ke laayak hoon ya nahin," Kalyani's voice is shaking, "Iska certificate mujhe kisi bahar vale se lene ki zaroorat nahin hai."

"Oh really!" Hrishaan smirks.

Kalyaani takes Moksh in her arms and takes him to her room.

"To Atharv ne ye ghar tumhe becha tha?" AauSaheb has still not come out of shock.

"Ji haan, Mrs. Deshmukh Hrishaan says, "Main ek baar ye ghar dekhna chahta hoon."

Anupriya says, "Main inhe ye ghar dikha laati hoon."

After some time, Hrishaan asks, "Aapne ye room kyon nahin dikhaya? Ye kiska room hai?"

"Ye Swara ka..." Anupriya bites her lips, "Matlab is room me koi nahi rehta."

"I see," Hrishaan says, swallowing the lump in his throat.

"Aur ye Atharv ka room hai?" Anupriya almost pulls Hrishaan to next room.

"Kya main thodi der yahaan akele reh sakta hoon?" Hrishaan asks Anupriya. Anupriya leaves the room. Hrishaan wipes tears from his eyes.

As Hrishaan goes into Atharv's room, Sampada comes from behind, and dangles her arms around his shoulders, "Athu baby! Finally you come. Kitna intezaar karvaaya mujhe."

Hrishaan turns back and says, "To aap Hain Athu baby ki sweetheart! Par Athu baby to Mrs. Deshmukh ki poti ka fiance hai aur aap..."

Sampada's mouth is opened with shock but suddenly Kalyani comes to talk to Atharv and sees Hrishaan and Sampada like that.

Atharv and Sampada are so conniving...looks like Kalyani is trapped in this engagement unwillingly....would love to find out why..
