Both are promise bound.

Kalyani promised that she would never get in the way of Avni's marriage and be the reason why she loses her husband. But we all know that Avni is not even married, so Kalyani will not be breaking any promise by reuniting with Malhar.

Malhar probably also made a promise to Baapji like, "I promise I will take responsibility for the chirag/waaris of the Rane family", not Avni herself. But as we all suspect, after her miscarriage, his promise will also be meaningless. And true waaris of the Rane family is Moksh.

My guess is that no custody battle between KalMa for Moksh will even take place.

Though Moksh may make an entry soon, no one will know that he is Moksh until maybe December or even next year. So there is no question of a custody battle - how can they fight without a child?

By the time everyone realizes who Moksh is, I am 100% sure that KalMa will be remarried.

The custody battle that I feel like is coming is the one for AnuSar's kid.
