Yes I think it would be Amu's heart attack, because last week it showed her talking to Vrinda while lying in bed. And she told Vrinda about RB. So of course when RB shows the pictures too everyone downstairs its going to be a shock for everyone in RB's family. But they can't just blame Yug for it because Vrinda kept the pictures in the drawers. Vrinda will probably tell RB's family about her past and her love for YUG!!!!

yes ammus heart attack is coming up. they only reason they need ammu to have a heart attack is to make vrinda choose rb in guilt. otherwise they could have just killed her in 4 months time with her cancer.

so ammu will die, and vrinda will most likely stick with rb, and then this show will suffer even more.

I also think heart attack cuz like u guys said thats gonna make Vrinda think and choose...I lost all hope from this show..Vrinda's most likely gonna stay with RB and Yug and us fans will be left crying=[
