Hi friends i dropped the idea to compare uma and the king because while writing the story i came to know their is no common point to compare both.

One is made of truth and he carried till is death.

Another one is made of lies it doesn't have base at all.

To make topic work i made a comparison between ved and vansh.

Ved-

He is matured and thinks like situation needs that.

He has power but can't do anything beyond is limits.

He is like dummy in the name of police even sandya thinks better than his son.

Vansh-

He is immature but think in one way like you taken my hand for that i will take same way as you taken.

He will achieve the matters by crook or by hook.

He know the things beyond the rules and use when situations required that.

But these to love their sister lots but vansh is a step ahead he can do anything to save kanak. but in ved case he is bounded with laws.

Ved and vansh both are pillars for their behna both will do anything to keep their sister happy but vansh is very immature and extreme in his actions as u said he never thinks about right or wrong he never analysis the future consequences he takes decision quickly and try to suceed it by any hook or crook method so he will even give his life to kanak for getting her happiness we already saw how he wanted to take revenge on uma for forcefully marrying his sister he even manhandled uma out of anger. So all his moves or actions are only to fight for kanak 's happiness. Such a loving brother vansh. Now he is ready to even go against law to save uma because he thinks uma is nirdosh and innocent should not get punished

Ved how much ever love he has on one side for kanak he is bounded by the law so he cannot do anything against law favoring kanum. He respects law and his job guess more than his family offcourse that's how sandhya was in her duty. Both the brothers wanted to save kanum in their own respective ways

Hi, Jaya! Lovely and novel topic. I don't remember if anybody had opened a comparing brothers topic.

They are twins but so different, as you said. Very objective your analysis and correct.

But I will be subjective in my comment. I've always liked Vansh more then Ved. I like people who value relationships and feelings more then anything else and Vansh is like that so he resonates better with Kanak.

Vansh is immature regarding responsibilities but more committed and loving. His feelings were never slight be it love or hate but his soul has always been pure. He didn't step back when he had to admit his faults and apologize. He didn't hesitate to assume KMB responsability in order to make his wife happy or to break the law and his brother's trust in order to save lives.

Ved is a good man, he also loves his sister and his family but he is weaker in feelings, actions and decisions.

He should admit that he and the law haven't been able to protect Uma's life and feel guilty for that. Until he proves Uma's innocence, which he himself is convinced about, his sister husband could be killed. Isn't him focusing too much on chasing Uma instead of proving his BL innocence and capture the culprits? What is a job comparing to a life?

He is the same Ved who kicked his sister out when she seemed to had been mistaken for the first time in front of her family, while Vansh supported her.

I hope he will be able to control his wife before she upsets the Rathis.
