A doubt- Who is Suman

We know all family members now.. Stoll I have one doubt.. Plz clarify..

1. Uma has lost his father when he was five. His mother is Bedridden may be since then.

2. Sara's and Shiv - Cousin siblings of Uma

3.Masisa- Umas Aunt taking care of family after sad demise of parents of Sara's and Shiv

Then who is Suman?? If Uma has lost his father at, 5 then she cannot be his real sister.. She is not real sister of Sara's and Shiv.. Then who is she? Is she daughter of Masisa?

no no Saras is his own sister and shiv - Suman are cousin siblings.
