Hey there all the lovely people.
Apologies for being late always 😳
Biggest communication error we do not listen to understand but to reply. Man is a social animal.. one needs to communicate, talk and express oneself to survive in this world. If nobody had anything to talk about wouldn't everyone just find a tree to sit underneath like a hermit. One should communicate even when it's the hardest, because it's easier to heal when everything gets out of the system.
Every action has a reaction.. the advice Kanak gave Payal without thinking twice has fallen back on her. Kanak confronts Payal on why did she frame her, and why didn't she own up her action, she did all this to get Kanak insulted. Payal counters that Kanak finds her intention bad, whereas Kanak's intent was outright evil, when she suggested her to run away. Payal refuses her alms of pity and walks out accusing her taking over the entire house, when she already has everything wealth, position, good husband. Payal walks out leaving Kanak facing a new aspect of her action and the reaction it caused.
Kanak had no evil intentions whatsoever, she clicked with Payal because they shared the same pain of being trapped, or so she thought... Kanak be it pity or understanding, gave her the idea of freedom. But the way it was executed wasn't suitable. But maybe that was the plan since beginning, how to put Payal against Kanak. Kanak today realized that things/relationships are not that easy. It requires more that good intentions to make a relationship work, be it with anyone sister brother, in laws anybody. It requires care, concern, respect and above all trust. Kanak wasn't angry while talking to Payal, she was stern to the point. Her conversational tone wasn't accusing, but she wanted answers.
US looked at the weight scale, looking at their future hanging mid air, unbalanced at the moment because the dasi weight is in his part of the scale, as Kanak has lost the task. Kanak sees it and says she knew that she would lose the task, not because she didn't work hard enough, but because they both were on different thought process. She doesn't express anger, but explains it... that she doesn't accept this inequality... she expressed her disappointment in him as a husband who made her wash his feet, people calling a woman 'mahaan' when she gives birth but confining when she is on monthly. She says it's better to have failed, but having her self respect intact. Uma looks on with a stoic face.- guess he is thinking that Kanak is not serious enough about their future. As he is very clear that if Kanak fails he would give her up, but he doesn't want her to fail. He asks the dreaded question if she would continue the tasks, with bated breath. She replies instantly that it was her decision, her repentance so she would continue and be successful in it. She chooses the bhogeshwari avatar, and asks what he would like to eat. Even Uma knows her culinary skills and is about to put the weight in her part- it seems he doesn't want the scale to be unbalanced, especially not towards his side, he for the first time is in a hurry to give results rather than wait for the task. Kanak stops his hand and asks him to wait till it's over, because success can only be savored when it's rightfully earned. Uma asks her to make 'shakar roll' which Massi makes best. Kanak is in dilemma on how to convince Massi to give her the recipe.
Uma prays for her success, for its in her success that their future lies together. But while he is at praying why doesn't he even help her a bit. Or would that be cheating on his on word. Kanak has to earn their future, her position all by herself.
They didn't talk heart to heart... because then there would have been chaos. The fear of loss evident from Uma, but yet they talked enough to be understood. There is no cold shoulder of past, but towards a new task they both are looking ahead.
