rahul dravid was the onliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii guy who played like a real cricketer!!!!

the onli mistake he did was chose to bowl first....but wen he got on the field and onto the pitch...he was the onli guy who seemed "interested" in going ahead...

and he was the most disappointed of their lose...

props to rahul!! 👏 being a captain of the team..wen ur team is the most dis-interested in winning....and being the onli player worth watching...toughieee!!!

for this match...i blame sachin and dhoni...they really shud stop playing and onli do commercials!!!

Look as a batsman he was great today no complaints but its time for him to step down and saurav ganguly to take back the captaincy . Only he shows the aggression and the attitude and leadership that is needed in the team now

I disagree wid u ....its the vice versa!! Sourav is a gud player but a bad captain!!
Rahul motivates ppl!! You saw him pat Zaheer after Dhoni gave a four to Sri Lanka with his stoopid skill!🤢 After that Zaheer got a wicket!! Didn't u notice!!

Well....Dravid's decision to bat first during the Banglaesh match might have been wrong coz Dravid is a Wicket Keeper and Batsmen and not a Bowler....it happens sometimes!😊

well yes it wasnt Dravid's fault today, but one of the responsibilities of being a captain is being responsible for your team's actions, wins, and losses. So i dont see why he isnt accountable for at least some portion of india's loss. So what if he got a leg injury? Many other players have in the past, and i dont sympathize with him.

All credit to Rahul Dravid for those 60 runs he scored... just might have him in a better position! But as a Captain... he is as lost as Lost can ever be! Let alone his work on the field... i am not a technical person to comment on it, I go by the experts... and all of them have given him a thumbs down as a Captain. He was defensive from the begining... and sorry to say that isnt an inspiring captain.

His qoutes from press conf spoke volumes of the the very same defensive attitude. After lossing to Bangaladesh.. he says 'Our Job is cut out NOW' Huh? What was he trying to say? That they didnt have a goal, an agenda a plan before lossing to Bangladesh?

Current News breaking in... Dravid's comment! Source NDTV
'It is time for the BOARD to do some introspection!'
'BCCI needs to improbe the way Cricket is played in India'
How can someone make comments like that? How is the management to be blamed when what failed was the 11 guys on the feild at a given day!

Anways i think Rahul Dravid has put an end to this debate. He says and I Qoute "I take Personal Responsibility for THIS!"

'THIS' again ambiguity! What do we make out of 'This'? 'This' match or 'This' Tournament? Though i am glad he has taken moral responsibility that is probably the only thing Dravid did right as a captain!

At the end of the day, it is India's lose...

I disagree , Saurav was a better captain than a player . He won the highest number of matches as captain . He actually is the most successful captain in indian cricket betttering azharrudin . Under his captaincy India reached the finals in the last worls cup.

Being a captain one should be aggressive and have attitude and leadership skills but then Dravid was more of a soft gentlemanly guy and look he just wanst captain material , thats all .

he tired his best no doubt but we need an aggressive captain and saurav is just that

none of this is dravids fault! he did good as a captain! he scored more runs that sachin and dhoni. he scored the most runs for gods sake. its the whole teams fault, maybe its just destiny, i dunno, but dravid did really well. India was bound to loose, after what they did against BD. Sehwag has inmporved but sachin and dhoni and all those other players who did horrible are the ones to blame.

i agree.

dravid isnt bad as a captain, but sourav is better. either way we lost and thats the fact. whoevers fault it is...dravid, sachin or dhoni. i dunno, but we didnt show the rite skills as a cricket team and we lost. we totally deserved it, SR played good and they won. This just says that the indian team needs to work harder and choose their captains and players better next time.

Sachin and Dhoni really did show a disapointing act this time. sehwag has improved and dravid played pretty good. I dunno what to say, but we really need to improve!

I ask you WHY SHOULDN'T Dravid be blamed.....and I ask this wearing Dravid name on my back, the tricolor painted on my face and with respect for Dravid in my heart. I love the man, but I STILL feel he is to be blamed for today's loss. SO WHAT if he made 60 rums, shouldn't he have been able to motivate the team and bring them together far before the world cup enough to make men who can fight tooth and nail like the Aussies. Instead he has only performed himself and not motivated his team enough for them to taste Victory. He has led a disjointed team to WestINdies and THAT is why HE DOES need to be blamed.

Dravid really played well,

When first catch was missed, N he got a life he would have played steady, The next bal he went for a hit
