Is their relationship really like employee and boss? Which employee is so familiar with their boss, lives in their house, lets them interfere with their family?

And which boss is so invested and obsessed with their employee and tries to resolve their martial problems?

Because of wrong impressions like these many parents in rural area don't want their girls to go to work under a male boss.

She doesn't owe any explanation to either her drunk engaged ex or sexist married ex lol. Bhaiyas apni grihasti dekho na. Kyon dusro ke rishto mein panchayati karni hai. And if a boss is crossing boundaries, he is to be held responsible as the one in the position of power. Par yahan toh aurat saans lene par bhi galat hai lol.

Aurat aurat aurat. Using gender card to hide every fallacy. Isn't it crossing boundaries to live in your bosses house? Or only the guy can have boundaries and a woman never can? Living with your boss, taking his favors is 100% crossing professional boundaries. She is not helpless or fool just because she is a woman, she is equally responsible for encouraging people to cross boundaries. 

No one is asking her to give explanation to anyone even if she is a bhagodi who left her husband and kid and ran away. Selfish sociopaths can still legally do whatever they want. 

Imagine claiming a husband wont worry if his wife disappeared and ran away and it's obsession that his love doesn't die. Those crying about sexism is hilarious, if it was the husband who left wife and kid and ran away you would be screaming sexism again. 

I will repeat, such thinking is exactly why no one takes seriously when women are actually discriminated or actual sexism happens. It's like the boy who cried wolf, screaming sexism just because a woman who ran away from her husband is being questioned or because the husband still loves her is the height of hypocrisy. It's almost like satire. 

Now can anuj set priority  between  anupama and Shruti  

Anupama  to tabhi apne bachon  se milne jaati thi  jise avoid karna  bahut mushkil  tha but  anuj  ko  anupama  aur  Shruti  ke beech  priority  set karne mei. Itni mushkil  kyon  

At this point, iss show mein sabhi galat hai.. 

Some tidbits from my side..

Anuj: He claims to want a closure. Even after having one, he runs after Anupamaa incessantly, inspite of Shruti being there in his life. Bad parent.

Anupamaa: Thy name, Hypocrite. Still doesn't understand boundaries - or simply ignores them. Take Yashdeep case for example. (Though I believe anuj doesn't exactly have a right to taunt her over Yashdeep, irrespective of what those two are doing, because MaAn aren't together anymore.)

Yashdeep: This is somewhat twisted. On one hand, his behaviour raises many flags, considering that he is the boss. On the other hand, he can't shoulder the entire blame, if we look at Anupamaa's behavior.

It has nothing to do with gender but everything to do with employer-employee power position. Any court of law will hold Deepu (rather most likely Yashpal) responsible. BECAUSE Anupamaa's livelihood is dependent on him. Anupamaa can say she felt obliged to take up her employer's request because he has direct power over her and even her immigration status. And yes, a court would look into thw gender aspect of it.

You have so many expectations from a blue-collar immigrant who sleeps in a small diner-style restaurant and apparently she owes shit to a billionaire who not only kept tabs on her for two.decades, showed up 'magically' when her marriage broke down. Then abandoned her to play house with a woman who had hots for him, then catfished another woman for five years and is currently doing a totes-bramhacharya-wala-live-in with her while slùtshaming his ex.

 If we can ignore all these glaring lal dupattas for 'pops' then Deepu can be excused as boss-ka-bhai getting a crush on Upma. Upma can install New York tinder and date as many men as she wants, and she would still owe nada and nothing to Anooj and Vanraj respectively.

Divorces are not sociopathy and a man who assailed her after a traumatic event, accused her of saving a toddler before 'his' daughter (because his daughter is more special than a toddler I guess), and called her a mistake is obliged to nothing lmao. 

Also, P.S. No one is responsible for their boss's inappropriate advances. America as well as India has very strict workplace harrassment laws. Please report to the HR if you feel pressurised in any way. None of your conduct can allow your superior to make undue advances on you irl.
