I haven’t watched the movie nor have any plans to watch it. Ranbir scene with Anil Kapoor was nothing more but brilliant. I have to give credit to Ranbir kapoor. But I really do not support movies that has violence.

I did not watch it either nor plan too as it’s sending wrong message n these types movies should not be getting these numbers because it sends out the message that these things ok n youth in India take this as macho image as cool. Vanga means "bangels" in Punjabi, right?

This is totally unnecessary. Taking a word which has it's origins in one language and finding meaning for it in another language considered abuse.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga has a huge fan following in Telugu also. After Arjun Reddy every one is waiting for his next film.

Contrary to the people upnorth his Arjun Reddy was appriciated for what it is. It was seen as a story of problematic individual. They did not see it as love story and they did not see him as a hero.

They saw the movie as a journey of a man who is impulsive and self destructive to him and all the others in his life who love him

Arjun Reddy was a perfect anti dote for all those heros who are flawless.

It opened big in Telugustates mostly because of Vanga.

That's the reason why a Ranbir movie got such an opening.

Is this a joke or what?

Why are you abusing the word abuse? 🤔

It was just a normal post, and HOW ON EARTH bangels can be labeled as an abusive word from any angle possible or with any stretch of imagination? 🤔

STOP reading too much into everything laced with a negative mindset.

MATLAB KUCH BHI..... seriously

👎👎

So can you explain why you are searching meaning for a Telugu word in Punjabi then?

What has it got to do with the movie?

If you don't like the director and his movies it's fine to criticise

Agree. Indian culture is highly misogynistic like nearly every other culture. So misogyny sells.
