I hope her case isn't too bad. I wouldn't wish COVID even on an enemy!

Why didn't she mask up?

There's no guarantee that wearing a mask will protect one against COVID. 

Covid will obviously be around..but the intensity after vaccination is much less..making news of celebs getting covid is very 2020/2021..she will be fine..there are bigger health issues to worry about..and about time doctors shift their focus on that..we still don't have cure for cancer..daily so many people are dying because of it..lets prioritize things now..

Had covid a couple of months back (I'm fully vaccinated, it was the first time I was infected). It was more or less like a severe flu, wouldn't have realised that it was Covid has I not tested myself. We are seeing a lot of such 'flu' cases in EU-UK and I guess now in India as well. 

All I'm gonna say is invest in a nutritious protein rich diet, pump up your immunity. Even if it's not as dangerous as the previous variants, you'll feel severe fatigue/weekness for months otherwise. Took me 2+ months to go back to my previous workout routine and have heard similar stories of joint pains/fatigue all around.
