I saw the movie, and her cameo was terrible. She played a 1940's Hindi film actress in the same way that she overacts sometimes in her movies. She doesn't have the kind of classic beauty either to sell it. Absolutely disastrous.

It makes you think how elegant and restrained our yesteryear actresses were...even with the heavy-duty melodrama that was pervasive in many movies, they acted and lip-synced so well! Woh baat hii nahi hai in aaj ke actresses...Tripti on the other hand adapted to that sensibility so well.
