From last 2 decades I would say yes. Too polished, too much skin lightening, lighter hair, light eyes and 6 pack abs, size zero figure.
Ash, Sush, PC, Milind Soman, Katrina, John etc who came from modeling background and pageants, hardly looked Indian. Karishma and Hrithik also look foreigner with fair skin and light eyes.
It has been ages since I last saw actors who look truly Indian like say Rani, Hema, Sridevi, Rekha, Madhuri, Sadhana, Waheeda, Amitabh, Dharmendra, Vinod, Rajesh, Mithun, Jeetendra, Aamir, SRK, Ajay, Akshay etc.
Among actresses I would say only Vidya Balan looked quite Indian. So much so that western dresses hardly suit her and she looks best in sarees and salwar kameez. Deepika and Sonam also manage to look quite Indian when they want to.
The fact that today's lot hardly speaks any Indian language properly and mostly model themselves after global celebs, makes them look more disconnected. I miss Salman and Saif of 90s who had no accent while speaking.
