Tanya could be tejo with a memory loss. They are the same person. I doubt makers will bring Priyanka's duplicate. She must have escaped the fire but with memory loss.

It’s probably back story. Weren’t they shouting at fire location a few days ago. This will show how she escaped for help and then made it to London. She wasn’t in London for 6 months working at cafe the whole time. 

I feel the same. She is tejo with memory loss issues. Someone at the mental asylum helped her. It could be the police guy  She was fed info that she is tanya and then trained 

Something will trigger her memory to return.

If jasfa marriage takes place then during the mandap sequence , she might regain her memory . Flashbacks of her marriage with fateh. Then she will stop the wedding.
