Arjun se jo hua woh ek hadd tak galat hi tha. Press ke saamne kissi pe haath utha nahi sakte. Organisation pe sawal uth jaayega. Ab har koi Sameer ki tarah samajh ke ache se sochke kaam toh nahi kar sakta na. But let's give Dhruv a chance and see.

1. Ek toh ACP Dhruv ne kya sochke ACP Arjun ko media handle karne bhejha?

2. Yeh kaunsa itna insensitive crime reporter hain jo crime scene pe page 3 gossip dhoondh raha hain?(although, regardless of the genre of reportage, it is outright unethical and insensitive.)

3. I have a slightly different view to ACP Dhruv's reaction (please do not misunderstand). I totally agree that raising a hand on a colleague publicly is not right; regardless of rank.

Let us look at the flip side of it. Everyone has a different level of tolerance. How would Arjun himself have reacted in Dhruv's place?

Haven't we seen and justified Arjun's arrogance and actions with juniors, seniors, criminals in court premises? Ab har koyi Mr. Raghu, DIG Coelho ya ACP Sameer nahin hote na? Besides, it is not fair to expect either.

Goes back to what I mentioned in another post too, to have an attitude and survive with it, you need a bunch of people who trust you completely and who will take brickbats to stand by you.

Dekha jaaye toh woh kabhi akele hote hi nahi (na tab aur na ab; na Sameer ke saath na Sameer ki anupasthiti me). Drishtikon ka antar hain.

I agree Dhruv ne Arjun ko bheja ho kyun. Woh kya nahi jaanta ki Arjun ka gussa kitna badd sakta hai. Aaj kal ke scenario pe based hai. Kuch journalist field duty mein kuch bhi utpatang puch lete hai. Koi inhe batao gossip na dhunde aur sahi kaam report kare. 

Exactly raising hand in public is not right. It's completely wrong. But if it was Arjun he would have done the same. Now not everyone will know Arjun's trigger points. And if the sides were reversed Arjun would have slapped Dhruv or even worse removed him from ETF. Maafi letter se stop ho gaya. 

Yeah currently Arjun is not taking any action or reacting to Dhruv because somewhere he feels Sameer's presence near him. His two lifelines Sameer-Roshni and he always feels them near him. But during such reporter times it does hurt 🥲
