Aww. I can't tell you how much I'm loving how this story is turning out. Probably one of my favs of yours.

The sensitivity with which you've dealt and wrote about this is commendable!

And Rishita😡Yahan bhi she's so insensitive. Glad Shiva gave back without any hinderance. And I'm loving how Shiva realized his feelings for Raavi and he's not shy of showing them. The teasing effected him the first time, bit then he didn't care because Raavi is what matters to him more. And Dhara asked the right question in the previous part. Think her realization is around the corner too. Can't wait for the next part. Please update soon. Hope your exams have been going well.

Part 11

The next day Raavi came to Pandya house. She didn’t have any palpitations or any worries. First she had gone to Pandya store, and taken all the account books. Gaumbi had given her this responsibility and she wanted to do it properly. She could take care of Shiva and work simultaneously. Raavi straight went to Shiva and sat beside him. He was still sleeping so she started with her work. 

“Raavi?” 

Raavi turned to find Krish looking at her. She patted the seat beside him so he would come and sit beside her. 

“Tu college nahi gaya?” Raavi asked. 

“Nahi aaj bunk maar raha hu.” Krish said. “Tu yaha?”

“Shiva ka khyaal rakhne.”

Krish looked at the girl before him and sighed. How did she not realise how much she loved Shiva? Both of them were dumb, but Krish could see his brother at least had started to realise his feelings. These two literally had a world of their own. They couldn’t see anything beyond each other. Last night there had been a huge drama in the family regarding Dev and Rishita. Shiva simply didn’t care. He was on the phone with Raavi. They talked till two in the morning. Whatever snippets Krish caught from their conversation made him feel like he were barging into an extremely intimate conversation. They were in a relationship without even realising it. 

“Tujhe yaad hai Dev ko teen saal pehle typhoid hua tha?” Krish asked. 

“Haa.”

“Tujhe yaad hai Shiva ko pichle saal chicken pox hua tha?”

“Haa.”

“Difference yaad hai? Dev ko jab typhoid hua tha toh tu roz aati thi aur dur se Dev ko dekhke chali jati thi. Shiva ko jab chicken pox hua, tujhe jitni warning de kam tha, tu uske ekdum paas chali jaati thi. Phir tujhe bhi chicken pox hua tha.”

“Tu kehna kya chahta hai Krish?” Raavi was confused. 

“Hum sab tujhe bolte the ki Shiva ke paas jayegi toh tujhe chicken pox ho jayega. Tune uss waqt kaha tha tujhe koi farak nahi padhta. Aur chicken pox jab ho gaya toh teri zid thi tu Shiva ke saath rahegi uska khyaal rakhne.” Krish reminded her. “Maami ko toh yeh sun ke heart attack aa gaya tha.”

Raavi chucked. Prafulla would’ve killed her but she never had chicken pox and couldn’t come close to Raavi. Anita had had chicken pox so she took care of Raavi. She thought it would be fun if she could live with Shiva during those days. It was impossible and Shiva himself told her to get lost when she said that. But she knew how entertaining it would be. Not only could she annoy him, she could also take care of him. 

“Shiva se tera bachpan se ek special connection hai. Woh tere liye sabse important hai, hain na?”

“Haa.”

Raavi was surprised at her own answer. She had never thought of it that way. Dev may have been her love but Shiva was her life. Raavi felt her heart pounding at that thought. Her breath hitched and she felt her throat parched. Shiva was more important than Dev all along. Why didn’t she realise that before? 

“Main Shiva se pyaar karti hu?” Raavi asked. 

“Shiva theek kehta hai. Tu tubelight hai.” Krish sighed and walked away. At least his meddling had made Raavi realise her feelings. Now she could deal with it any way she wanted. He was so good at this. Krish wondered if he should become a love guru and give people love advice.

Shiva had woken up a while ago listening to Krish and Raavi’s conversation. It was interesting. At first, he wanted to shout at Krish for annoying Raavi. But later when he saw that his brother was helping him, he decided to just eavesdrop on their conversation. Krish just made her realise that she loved him. Shiva wanted to get up and jump in joy, and kiss her. But he still has to be careful around her. He didn’t to hurt her by any chance. So ten minutes after Krish left, Shiva pretended to get up and look surprised to see Raavi sitting beside him. He caught her blush. 

“Tu itni subah yaha?” He asked. 

“Itni subah kaha? 11 baj rahe hai.” Raavi said. 

Shiva waited for her to say something else. He wanted her to tell him that she loved him, but Raavi just got back to work. She was trying to avoid his gaze. He got up and freshened up. When he came back, Raavi had served breakfast for him. This made him think of another plan. 

“Mujhe bhookh nahi hai.” He said. 

“Tujhe bhookh nahi hai?” Raavi was shocked. 

Shiva shook his head. 

“Maine paranthe banaye hai tere liye. Khaa le.” Raavi said.

Shiva again shook his head.

“Shiva zid mat kar. Khaa le.” Raavi said. “Tu nahi khayega toh main zabardasti khila dungi.”

Shiva had to control his smile. This was his plan all along. He still pretended to be disinterested in his breakfast, so Raavi took it upon herself to feed him. She fed him morsels after morsels and he kept eating. Still wanting a little more, Shiva held her hand and made her get up from her chair and sit on his cot with him. She blushed at that and Shiva enjoyed immensely. When she was done, she tried to get up but he pulled her down. He took her hand in his and tucked her hair behind her ear. 

“Chipkali!” Shiva suddenly cried out. 

“Kaha?” Raavi jumped into his arms scared. 

His plan was successful yet again. He closely held her in his arms. She kept clutching onto his vest in fear. 

“Kaha hai chipkali? Hata use Shiva. Please please please...”

Shiva chucked and Raavi looked around to find no trace of any chipkali. She glared at him and pushed him back slightly. He burst out laughing. 

“Tujh jaise bhootnath se aur ummeed bhi kya ki jaa sakti hai.”

“Tujhe teri chipkali beheno se darr lagta hai yeh teri problem.”

Raavi got up and stormed into the kitchen to keep this plate. Shiva took up her accounts and rechecked everything. Everything was perfect. He did miss going to the store and working. Now that he and Raavi were going to work together, he was so looking forward to that. His foot was okay now so he could go back to work tomorrow. She was a bit distracting but he could get used to that. Raavi came after some time and sat beside him. 

“Mujhse tujhse baat karni hai.” Raavi said. 

“Kya baat?” 

“Humare baare mein.” 

Shiva’s heart skipped a beat when he heard that. Was she going to tell him what he wanted to hear? He saw the blush in her cheeks and it seemed entirely possible. 

“Bol.”

“Abhi nahi. Aaj raat ko mere terrace pe aana. Wahi bataungi.”

Awesome! So finally Ravi has realised her feelings :D 

Yippee we got the update.!!! Okay I just love that they can't see anything beyond each other  .. chalo next mei confession de diyo uss ke baad woh slow jaye ..twist mat kardena😒
