Same with me. No Shiva for me but my family helped a lot, and my imaginary world and optimism kept me sane.

Took me 4 years, a change of city, switching off my emotions and getting hit by a scooty to finally get out of the gloom.😅

The Shiva came later to help me get my life back on track😛
