That's what I had said, the CASTING for this show with Kinshuk and Shiny as the eldest brother and sister-in-law is AWFUL!

Hiten-Parineeta are the best to fit into THE SHOES of that elderly middle-aged couple!

Btw star plus is remaking one more star bharat show karthik poornima which went off air in lockdown due to low rating it is official remake of telugu show karthika deepam( btw impression wise karthika deepam is indias most watched fiction show even kundli bhagya urban+rural impressions fails to beat karthika deepam)

Whereas prothoma kadombini is pretty successful at 6pm it used to get 6+tvr but ut was never slot leader now khelaghor which is launched at 6pm become instantly slot leader within 2 weeks with 8+tvr plus prothoma kadombini is biopic  of bengali doctor i dont how north indian audience will accept it

Right now only show which deserves remake is khorkuto its no.1 show with with good light hearted fam drama

Upcoming shows like desher maati, robir notun bouthan , gangaram looks really promising

Khorkuto remake is only mentioned in their wiki page but we know anyone can edit wiki pages so it is not fully confirmed

Leena aunty is new ekta kapoor of whole indian tv industry not just hindi tv 🤣🤣

She will produce one show and others will follow her .....now her next desher maati is also coming on jalsha ready for desher maati remakes
