Hi,

Dont ignore this topic people. I'm asking your opinion on Shweta the character & not Shveta Salve.

I think the character is sooo childish. She doesnt seem to understnad any of the mind-games her gold-digger of a mom is playing with the Singhs!😆

And just look at the way she has started behaving after her marriage---as if she owns the whole house....yech! Shweta is really getting on my nerves..She'd better shut up and listen to Karan and Urvashi instead!😡

Swetha the actress fits this role in well but now ot the real topic Swetha Karan''s wife . She has been a puppet to her mom and obeys all her commands without thinking about them. She should soemtimes think about her dad who keeps trying to put the right sense into both mother daughter. If her mother contimues to play with the mind games after the marriage I think Urvashi who is smart will start realizing and it will become a war between the daughter-in-laws. Karan who so long has been listening to Urvashi will start taking his wife side . This I think will lead to Kunal having to ocme back to be with Urvashi.

Shweta seems to be a vulnerable woman. She easily succumbs to her mom's advices and Karan's persuasion. So I am sure even when she enters the Singh family, she would be a puppet in her mother's hands. I see shades of Maneka Gandhi in her and Amteshwar Anand (Maneka's mother) in Anju Mahendroo (Shweta's mother).

You are right Fortvpur and Bluepink,

One can see shades of Menaka Gandhi in Shweta but atleat Menaka had a mind of her own and stood up for the things no-one ever dared to! But take a look at Shweta, she's got such a puny mind...no wonder she's manipulated by her mom so much!!!😉

Me too, i dont like her that much and she does get on my nerves. i dont think she is that pretty either.

She CAN look much prettier than what she does in Indian traditional dresses...but her acting...thumbs-down from me!!

I think she is very pretty. I like the actress (shweta salve) dont know much abt the character....I am always looking for ronit in sarkar. karan and PM I can at least tolerate. nobody else I can tolerate.
