2 names come to my mind right now

Vinod Khanna in the 1970s, 1980's and early 90's

and Jackie Sheroff in the 80's and 90's

And today I guess it would be Arjun Rampal

who else???

😆 please define alpha male because from my understanding Salman is a clear "alpha male." From what angle did Arjun come to your mind and not Salman? I am genuinely confused. Alpha male is the most dominant one in their group, in what group is Arjun most dominant? Even in his small circle of his wife, Suzanne and him he doesn't seem to be the dominant one.

Im talking about their personality, looks, mascunality, voice, characteristics. Salman is alpha, but sometimes he acts very girly, especially in his early movies. To me Vinod Khanna was most ever, followed by guys like Dharmendra, Amitabh, Jackie, Sunny. These days Arjun Rampal is the Vinod Khanna of today

Salman Khan by a long-shot. And contrary to popular opinion, SRK's roles are the most alpha of the entire lot!! Because he dominates so effortlessly, onscreen & off it, that you don't really realise because you're too ensnared by that loving charisma & power-wattage charm. 😆 And he's secure enough to let you gain little attention too just not as long you don't overshadow him-- Yep, that's pure Alpha Male-ness if I ever saw it!!! Jackie Shroff is another pure Alpha-Male if I ever saw one!! Pheeew! Just the way he interacts with women, something about that makes me want to swoon! *eyes*


But I totally agree with PerfAngel555! Alpha Males are the biggest losers of them all. Give me a sweet, submissive man who can stand up for himself & me if it is required, and I am all over that! 😆


Alpha Males are good for flings/affairs but these are the only 3 that come to mind.

Depends on what you mean by Alpha male and do you mean acotrs in their roles or offscreen if onscreen i would say the biggest ones are Amrish Puri and Ranjeet they raped so many women took advantage of them because they had the guts and power without thinking of consequences much like Alpha males of caveman time. After them I would say out of heroes would be Amitabh Bachchan strong silent type anti establishment had women falling over him without even trying he had the aura. Also Dharmendra to an extent. Feroz Khan, Kabir Bedi, Vinod Khanna.
