I mailed them at the e-mail id they provided and I got an automatic reply at that time. Now after one month I am getting a message from zee tv. I mailed them when the firsr promo of Purab and Pragya accepting their relationship in front of Abhi came out!!

Dear Mithushi,

Thanks for your feedback.

The intention has never been to give wrong messages to the people & society.

This is a fiction show, where up & down, rise & fall of characters will take place.

As far as Pragya's character is concerned, we need to show all this so that Abhi starts feeling for Pragya. The engagement of Purab and Pragya was just a plan made by Purab, so that Abhi realises about his undiscovered love for Pragya.

I wrote number of other things in that mail. But they only responded to this Purab-Pragya thing.

Oh well that's disappointing! I was excited to see them specifically stating they were doing it to bring Abhi closer to Pragya - sometimes I doubt whether they ever intend to do that at all! 😆

I don't think they even watch the show. Engagement wasn't Purab's plan but Abhi asked them to get engaged. I wrote in the mail last time that I know I am going to get an automatic reply and nothing more than that. So may be they replied just to assure us that the mails are read by the team.

Well now I'm depressed Mits! For the sake of my mood I'll cling to a more charitable interpretation that they used "engagement" as a short hand for the whole fake relationship rather than that specific decision itself 😆

The thought that they don't even watch the show...depressing!!

I think they do read because they pointed about the bad language used.

Well this atleast proves that they do read the harsh emails they receive because I clearly wrote that please don't insult relationships in a family show by showing a bro sis having a fake affair. So that is why they only responded to this PurGya thing.

Once i got a, reply too it was during mogambo track.
I asked them how long will they drag the track & complained about characters loosing essence they sent me a reply stating the track will end soon.

But it took 6 months after i got the reply for the track to end 😆 .
