Chapter 2:-  Dhadkan

Raman's POV:

I was walking in the corridor casually when I came across Raja and Rani. They both seemed to be hiding something from me. Their faces revealed it. I still ignored it but as soon as I started talking , they stood leaning towards the wall. Obviously , I had to be suspicious and so without any warning I pushed them aside.

 Oh God ! What a funny view in front of me. I should have laughed seeing myself covered in paint , well are they in my support or against me?

I know , I should have laughed at it but what to do , I couldn't.

" Raja..." I said staring at Raja.

He instantly laughed at hugged me and so did Rani. That was their usual way of cooling my anger.

I broke the hug , " Alright...be careful, at least don't take out your frustration on me in the middle of corridor."

They both started laughing , this smile meant my world but wait , where are the other two monkeys???

" Where is Gayatri...???" I asked searching for her.

" As if you don't know , that RJ , he always keep fighting with her..." Raja replied  to me not before being cut by Rani , " Oh please...it can never be only bhai's fault , even she fights..."

" Listen , you both ,  now don't start please , tell me about Gayatri..." I said as Raja was about to reply .

" Maybe on the other side of the corridor , near the entrance , Indravardan  had started his Ragging section there and..." Raja was saying when someone's voice hit my ear chords.

" I got the name of the 1^st year nomination..." I turned back to find Shlok walking towards me as he said these lines.

" Wow...I was trying to search from so many days , you got it...I also want to know who is gonna fight Bhai and Raman...his name...???" Rani asked  in excitement before I could speak.

" Its not His Ranu , its Her...Ishita...Ishita Khanna...Madam herself gave her intro to Indravanrdan..." Gayatri s twinkling voice came.

" A girl...woooahhh..." I said with a smile.

" Yup , she has a zeal Raman... a complete bomb...it just blasted on that cyco..." Gayatri said as she joined us.

" Hey , don't call bhai cyco..." Came the rebellious voice of Rani.

" Yaar , Rani , tell me why are you with us , join that Indravardhan na...your brother ,  our biggest enemy..." Gayatri replied as she got irritated , she gets irritated really soon.

" Yaar , Gayatri , no one is bad , its situations that turn a person bad , please understand..." Rani tried to explain in her sweet voice but till that time Gayatri 's ears were filled with Ear plucks.

" Leave you guys...did she actually fight with RJ..." I asked interfering in their fight.

"yaa , yaar Raman , she is just awesome buddy...I like her..." Gayatri said with full excitement.

I wanna meet her yaar , Ishita...Ishita Khanna...

I ran towards the side from where Gayatri  came as they all too started running behind me , Afterall  , DHADKAN , the gang should always stay together.

" Raman , she was here..." Gayatri's voice came from back as I was running , I turned but sadly , not to find anybody.

" Where she has gone...??" Gayatri searched around.

I came towards the place where all of them were standing.

I too tried to move to search for her , but as I stepped forward , something fell in front of me.

Ishita's POV :

What Ishita , are you here to feel cold breeze and all , seriously , Mad girl , thank God you came or else God knows how much time you would have wasted there.

Alright , Now where I have to go? No Idea ,  I am a fool , wait a second , there's the notice board , Maybe something for new comers.

I walked towards the board , as I came near the board , the empty board caught my attention , WHAT TO DO...

But suddenly My gaze turned to my side only to find  a poster pasted there...aww.. I couldn't control my laughter...It was completely filled with colour , some candidates poster I suppose.

I tried to see the face but half the face was immersed in the glue , I don't know , I still tried to rub it to get a view...

La la la ... la la la ... la la la
Tere naam humne kiya hai

Ho jeevan apna sara sanam

 

I don't know why but the slight face that was visible to me attracted me...

 

Raman's POV :

I picked up the thing fallen in front of me, it was something of wooden and as I turned it, I found a beautiful family photograph.

 

" Oh , this is her's only...that Indravardhan  threw it up..." Gayatri said taking the photograph from me.

I don't know why , something attracted me , I pulled back the photo and looked at the little girl in it , she was looking as if of 12, she is cute , how she would be looking now.

Writer's POV:

rani seems to be a loyal sis.raja on gayatri's side?though short liked  raja rani scene.somehow i liked gayatri' presence too.though short her dialogue had a punch i felt.shlok has arrived.now waiting 4 ashlok meeting.Ishira could'nt see Raman's face while Raman saw her childhood family pic.he is already impressed😳.He is wondering how she will look now.waiting 4 ishra meeting n their reaction on it.u used tere naam 4 ishra😛.so sweetEdited by jasminerahul - 7 years ago

Ishita's POV:

" Excuse me..." I heard a sweet voice from back as I was trying to see the poster. I turned to find a girl staring at me , her black eyes plastered only on  my face, her brownish-black curly  open hair flowing down till her waist .

" Yes...??" I asked with a serene smile.

She raised her eyes indicating towards the notice board which was covered by me , I got aside and indicated her towards the blank notice board.

In a second , her hand was on her head , " What will I do now , I don't know anything about this collage..." She said making a puppy face.

" Same pinch..." I joked as I looked at her.

" Opps...you too...first year?" She asked looking at me from top to bottom. I nodded my head.

" Myself Aastha...Aastha Bajaj..." She smiled as she raised her hand to shake with mine.

" Ishita...Iishita Khanna..." I shook hands with her smiling back.

" I guess we need to find some teacher or something first , maybe we'll be helped..." Aastha suggested as I nodded.

We started walking , I turned once to again look at the poster and imprint the image in my mind...or should I say Heart.

Raman's POV :

" Ok AYM , we'll search for her later...lets go for the time...we have to prepare for the party at night na..." Gayatri  looked at me as I was holding the frame.

" I have to return this..." I asked her sadly.

" We have to return it Raman , we'll do it , afterall we'll have to face her soon..." Rani said as she started walking.

" Ok , then lets go..." I said as well all moved back.

" Ranu..." We heard a small whisper from side as we were moving in the corridor.

Rani looked towards the source of the whisper, " I'll just come in a second..." She told us as she left in a hurry.

" Whatever..." Gayatri said as she looked towards Indravardhan standing there who was calling Rani.

Rani's POV:

" Bhai..." I smiled as I moved towards Bhai.

" Ranu...Yaar , My battery down..." Bhai told me making a cute innocent face.

" Haaawww...your battery down Bhai...how you'll recharge yourself...Haww..." I joked.

He held my ears as I said so, " Bhai...leave me..." I said as he held them.

" Very bad Ranu..." He said leaving my ear.

"  What about you haan...you ragged children today...forced them to vote you...right?" I asked as I gave my charger to bhai.

" Ranu...its fun..."

" Bhai...everything isn't fun...waise I got to know how much it was Fun...today...Nagin Ka Fun..." I laughed as I said.

" I know , that chipkali must have told you everything..." Bhai said making a jealous face.

" Bhai...Gayu Ke bare me kuch Nahi..." I stared at my with anger in my eyes.

" You should tell this to that chipkali , she keeps poking her nose everywhere..." Bhai angrily revolted back.

" Ranuuu...If you over with giving bones to roadside puppy , then come fast..." I heard Gayatri's's shout as I was about to say something. Bhai looked at me.

" Ok bye Bhai..." I ran back with a naughty smile.

" Gayatri...Puppy seriously..." I said to Gayatri as I reached back.

" I know , your bhai is a Sati-Savitri , he must have called me Devi..." Gayatri plastered her sharp eyes at me , I lowered my eyelashes as Chipkali' came to my mind.

" You and your fights...Raman lets go..." I said as I started walking.

Gayatri's POV:

"Rani , why are you like this , always running away from serious discussions..." I thought as I walked behind her.

Ishita's POV:

" So you are from Delhi..." I asked Aastha as we were moving.

" Yaa...but yaar , Patna...wow..." She replied with a smile.

" Then , why you came to Mumbai..." I asked as I stopped.

Aastha smiled and replied , " The reason why you came here..." She walked forward plastering up a smile while something indicated me that some truth is hidden deep behind this lie.

" I came here running away from my boyfriend..." I said sarcastically as I reached up to her.

She stopped for a while and turned after a minute of thought, " Even I came for the same reason..." A hidden drop of tear seemed to move in her eyes.
