Deepika and Anushka are outsiders. Both started their journey with King Khan in different kind of movie and yet similar. Deepika became symbol of unattainable dream and Anushka was symbol of dreams that marriage brings. Both pair well with people of their age group and with Khans. It is no surprise both are doing well in their career.

Discuss their strengths, their weakness , their skills. Who wins this battle?

Another tough one. I like watching both of em. One is my Meenamaa & another is Shruti Kakkar.

Neck to neck they are. But I would pick Deepu only coz of Piku. I loved her so much in it. I did not expect her to stand her ground in front of AB Sr. & Irrfan. And still she did. Not only that.. did a great job at it. Very impressive. So Deepu wins by slight margin.

deepika offscreen so boring

but onscreen she was amazing in her recent movies

cocktail, race, yjhd, piku, chennai express

but i was just amazed at her screen presence in finding fanny where the the other actors were in the forefront but she was just luminous and amazing sharing the screen with dimple, naseer, and pankaj.

a shame she wasted last year for xxx franchise small bit. same as aishwarya who got wasted after devdas . i hope deepika doesn't lose ground in her bollywood career. and i don't like her with slb, makes her dance well, look pretty but he just didn't work with her on bajirao in her dialogue delivery. she did so well in piku and narrating finding fanny so the delivery in bajirao was just disappointing. and he gives too much screen time to ranveer and not too deepika, i amazed at her lack of scenes and depth in her role in bm

Deepika onscreen...offscreen too I rather watch Dipu's beauty than catch what Anushka is trying to say...

Anu has girl next door look, she can't pull off super glam roles. She is better actress than DP.

If we were to compare debuts then Anushka would win handsdown but the way DP has improved over the years is remarkable. She's actually far more nuanced than Anushka. Her performances in Piku and Tamasha were both award worthy!
