How is such racist behavior allowed on TV?

Today, Manu was mocking Jason, making fun of his accent and acting like a racist. Imagine if this was an American show and some foreigner was mimicking an Indian accent, calling them "brown" like Manu was doing today. Why the double standards? That guy looks illiterate, the way he behaves on the show.

I found everyone who was laughing equally wrong. They wouldn't tolerate this type of joke on them so why make it on others?
