A Matured Love story

When I first watched three promos of this serial , I thought ...finally here comes a matured love story. My understanding from the promos - Two people love each other so much but that they mutually decided to call it quits. Even after them calling it quits, the guy is not able to keep himself away from his lady love. He finds silly reasons to be with her. She understands his game plan but silently accepts what was thrown at her - His love , his rejection and him coming back to her for her love and care.

What I got to see from the day 1 of this serial enticed me . I loved the way the story of these two lovely ppl unfolded - Dev the Business Tycoon and his Sonakshi the nutritionist. When Dev confessed his love for Sona, I was ecstatic. The statement," I love you like a man loves a woman" was out of the world .

Then came separation. I was completely shaken by the way he called it quits. He might have done it with out much thought... but even after her crying in front of him and pleading not to give up on their love he didn't change his decision.

The reason being that his mom's happiness was way more important than anything in his life. This made me angry and wondered if this is what I thought would be a matured love story ?? And then the tracks that followed was never close to maturity from my point of view. Hence in betwn I would skip watching and would only read updates from the forum. Soon I got to know that they patched and was getting married.

Then came the shocker of prenup and infertility. But those issues were introduced and left to be solved at later date. Post their marriage ,we got to see frequent fights betwn them . Dev as usual used to get angry at her when it came to issues related to his mom or sisters. This again made me think , is this matured love story that they are talking about?? I still couldn't find much maturity in these fights. And the final one was Dev deciding not to go for HM with out discussing with Sona...Now from here on what I saw surprised me...Most scenes betwn them showed an unconditional love and trust like..

- The maturity that Sona showed to calm Dev post the decision of not going for HM.

- Mamiji and Neha accuses Sona of holding Neha responsible for Canceling HM , Dev supported herSona by saying that they cancelled their HM because of mothers ill health and not because of Neha. We know that was not the truth.

- Sona had bought Ranveer home , Ishwari blamed Sona but Dev didn't react at all.

- Yesterday when Mami blamed Sona for instigating Neha because of which she sent a divorce notice to RV, Sona got worried . When Dev came to their room she asked him if he also had the same opinion . The scene after that was pure magic. He just hugged her tight. That spoke a million words.

So what I feel is all the while CVs were creating the backdrop for a matured love story. The actual mature love story started ONLY after Dev and Sona consummated their marriage.

What do you all think?? Eager to hear from each one of you on this topic. My question is from which episode did you think that this story turned into a mature loved story ??

For me the story has always been very sharp and to the point ..even when they formed and created any track whether Sona's once sided love story whether natasha Dev's alliance , Dev's growing feelings for Sona their confession breakup patchup and shaadi..they have always kept things very targeted..they never left the main plot..

well for me the major hiccup was the SPEED of patchup track and marriage which left me irritated but now gradually I am getting to understand why they did it..

Now post wedding couple Dev and Sonakshi Dixit..right front he first day I could relate to even slightest of thing happening with Sona ..though they dramatized it ..well they have to coz some times to convey something you have to go a bit overboard..(but I always prefer the subtlety of their initial first 100 episodes)..but the gist of everything came across nicely..infact it left me sometimes surprised sometimes confused but always it left me curious !!

For me Dev Sona havent "fought" till now..why I am saying this..coz according to me fights happens when both sides are stubborn and egoistic ..but one of these 2 always made sure to stay calm and quite whether its either Sona or Dev..yes they had ARGUMENTS quite a few times..which every couple have..but their also they never had ugly arguments ..they argued felt sad cried said sorry and patched up...it never reached to a point where their love could be questioned ..thats what Dev Sona are :) ( I dont know if I am able to convey what I intend to or not )

well next the most awaited speculated suhaagraat happened LOL..where fans were more desperate then Dev Sona themselves LMAO..so ok ..it finally happened when Riya out of no where appeared booked resort and TADAA..they did it :) and everyone jumped with joy LOL

But it definitely brought major change in Devakshi..on emotional level physical level understanding level..they have this happy satisfaction of ..sense of belonging to each other..in every way <3
and now the hurdles they are facing and the way they are crossing them is actually intriguing..infact my perspective my way of analyzing has changed coz their is change in Dev Sona..Dev follows his mothr blindly..but he knows Sona is right in what she is doing and if he has POWER to do anything he might have done same..but when his mothr makes him so weak emotionally he has to give in..and then CHILDHOOD is the major culprit here..but from here onwards I want Dev to discuss things with Sona and open up to Sona a bit more..coz some major step needs to be taken in case of Neha and Dev has to standup and not "wait" like his mothr suggests..coz its after all Neha's life which is at stake and ATM urgent decisions have to be made

Now the story will move in a very complicated way with quite a few things happening simultaneously I guess..where Dev Sona will be put to test on every step but with that the depth of their love will increase the strength of their bond will grow..this is the beauty of their relationship <3

PS BTW my fav part is their breakup phase LOL..yes I just watch those episodes all the time LOL

Actually it's all about journey of not only Dev n Sona's love story but also other relationships..in reality as well,we all take wrong decisions n then later try to correct them.Before marriage the whole scenerio is different coz all u got to do is love each other but after marriage it changes overnight u need to Look at everything from all the aspects even ur partner can b a complete different person too..hanging around with someone is entirely different than living with that person.Same happened with Dev n Sona coz all the fights they had wasn't coz of their issues.So,I guess they've grown as a married couplesn yes consummation does play a role in that n m glad Dev is changing a lot these days n giving equal importance to his wife as well.
In nutshell Maturity only comes with experience n experience comes after making mistakes..

For me this story nvr deviated frm its original track... It still was and is now also...

Dis story was a mother son dil who fight to make thr relationship strong. D characters hold onto each other to cum out of thr 'insecurities ' dev sona's love story is written so dat ishwari's insecurities gt ovr and true love triumphs over all odds

Also d various other relationships in dis show r also explored and hence dis name of d show.

So i think dat d story is moving steadily and dey hv always maintained d uniqueness of d show and its subtlelity.

haan i am still confused about the level of maturity been shown in the serial.Both son and his mother are shown immature...Ishwari ne duniya dekhi hai but she ignored her own house...in yesterday's epi ,i felt bad for Neha...how can a mother ruin her own daughter's life...kya woh usse govt school tak mein nahi bhej sakti thi...kya Dev ko yeh duty nahi de sakti thi ki woh usse padhaye...Dev mein hi sara tel udel diya...Neha ko leftover maan liya...

well coming back to ur question..i wont cal it a mature love story instead .for me its the most craziest love story .

all the characters here are crazy .
