PART 9
Aman saw Khushi running away and went in search of Arnav.Arnav was standing in the same place staring into the sky
Aman:What have you done to her?I've seen her running with tears in her eyes.
Arnav didn't speak.
Aman:Arnav, are you ok?
Still he didn't answer.
Aman :We've to send every one home.It's already very late.
Arnav:Do it
Aman realised that he is not in a talking mood and left.
Khushi reached home late but she had already informed her family regarding that .Garima,Buaji and Shashi Gupta advised her not to accept late hour duties any more to which she agreed.
Khushi was so tired and after a fresh bath went to bed .She couldn't sleep even though she was too tired.She felt his lips on her cheeks .Her hands were on her cheeks.Tears started rolling from her eyes.She actually had no idea why she was crying.She was scared of him.He was coming more close to her daily.He was becoming too possessive.She didn't hate him but was scared of him for no reason.She thought:He already has a girl friend then why is he behaving like this?she didn't feel happy while thinking of Lavanya.She very well knew that he was now influencing her thoughts .She was drawn towards him. She was blushing...Devi mayya...Please help me..
Arnav had a disturbed sleep that night...He was thinking of Khushi...Why I'm so drawn towards her? Why I'm too possessive about her?The moment I met her ,I've a feeling that she belongs to me.
Khushi's phone rang.It was already 11 0'clock.She was shocked to find Arnav's number. She didn't pick up the phone.Her hands were shaking.He called again .she answered the call with a trembling voice:Hello,
He cut her answer
Arnav:Why, Damnit not answering the call?
Khushi didn't answer.She was crying.
Arnav:Samantha, do you hear me ?
His tone softened.Samantha, why are you crying?
Khushi:Why..why..are you... playing with me?
Arnav:Who told you that I'm playing with you?
Khushi:You've ...a ..girlfriend,still you're behaving this way to me
Arnav:I want to talk to you
Khushi:I don't want to talk anything.Please leave me alone
Arnav:So you don't have any feeling for me?
Khushi: No...I..I..don't
Arnav:Come to office tomorrow..
Khushi:You told that tomorrow is off, I won't come.
Arnav:Don't speak to me like that.
Khushi:I don't want to talk to you, I don't want to see you.don't call me again.
She cut the phone and was breathing heavily.She was thinking:From where did Iget the courage ?
Arnav was very angry now.How dare she? No...I should not allow any woman to capture my heart .I should find a way to keep myself away from her.No...Arnav singh Raizada is not weak and cheap..With a mixed feeling he went to bed.
Khushi didn't sleep well.

The next day she went to Rohit's house with Payal as promised. They met his mother.But she didn't agree to Rohit's wishto marry Roopa.Khushi promised Rohit that she will try her level best to help Rohit.
The next day Khushi went with Rohit to her office.she was very nervous and afraid of the reaction of Arnav.She was very confused and scared of what will happen.While going on the bike she was thinking of what may happen.suddenly she heard a bang and she fell on the road.
Arnav's phone was ringing .Arnav was not in a good mood that day.He didn't go to office.He was recalling the talk between him and Khushi. How dare she talk like that to me?Any way I'll try to keep away from her.I'm not that weak.His phone was continuously ringing.It was Shaun.
Shaun:Arnav Sir, good afternoon.Sir, I heard a news and I'm going to enquire about it.
Arnav:What is it?
Shaun:Sir, Ms..samantha has met with an accident.
Arnav:What?
Shaun was so shocked to hear Arnav's response.He was shouting.
Arnav:What happened?
He was totally shaken.
Arnav:What happened damnit ?Tell me.
Shaun: Sir, she was going with her friend on his bike...I'm going to the city hospital .
Arnav cut the phone, quickly dressed and ran to his car.H e was in a panic.His hands were not steady. He drove fast.He saw Aman's call in his mobile but didn't pick it.He was afraid to pick it.Some how he reached the hospital.There was so much commotion and he heard somebody saying that the girl is serious.He thought the whole building whirling around him.Then he saw Shaun, Aman and other staff rushing towards him.
Arnav quickly went away from there.Then he saw Dr.Rakesh coming opposite to him.
Rakesh:Hello Arnav, why are you here?
Arnav:Nothing.
Rakesh:You are sweating a lot.please come with me.And he took him to his cabin.
Then Aman who saw Arnav going with Rakesh came there.
Aman:Arnav, why didn't you pick up my call?You know Samantha...
Arnav asked very quietly:What happened Aman?
Aman got a shock when he looked into his eyes.He saw the same look some years ago when his mother died.
Rakesh:what is it?
Aman:One of our employees met with an accident and she is here.
Rakesh:Oh..that's why you are here.What is her name?
Arnav interrupted:Aman, tell me what happened?
Rakesh understood that there is something wrong.
Aman:Come with me Arnav, We will go and meet her.
Arnav gave him a look which worried Aman.
Aman left without a word and came back after a few minutes.
Rakesh was asking some thing to Arnav and he didn't respond.
Aman came and called Arnav:Arnav, look who is here?
Arnav turned abruptly.He stared at the person in front of him.
He stood up and moved slowly.
Aman and Rakesh went outside and closed the door.
Khushi was standing infront of him with a few plasters on her hand.
she was looking at him wide eyed.He moved further closer and hugged her tightly.
It was so unexpected that Khushi was so shocked but after a few seconds she realised what was happening.
Arnav was saying;I thought that I lost you.Don't ever do this to me.
Khushi was in tears now.She now understood that he really cared.
She was so happy that she hugged him back.How long they stood like that they didn't know.At last she raised her head to look at him.He kissed her on her eyes . You know what I was going through?
Khushi was thrilled to know that he really cared.She could not believe what was happening.
Khushi: Actually sir, what happened...
Arnav:Shhh...Not sir, call me Arnav
Khushi:No..
Arnav:No?Shall I make you call so?
Khushi:Arnav...ji
Arnav:Hmm..Better than sir.
Khushi:What happened you...
Arnav:Go home with Aman.we will talk later.Pick up the phone when I call you.
Khushi:But Rohit...
Arnav opened the door and called Aman
Arnav:Aman ,please take her to her home and explain the situationto them.
Aman:What about you?
Arnav: I've some work to complete.
Aman looked at him questioningly.
Khushi:Aman Sir, I want to take Rohit also with me.
Khushi went to meet Rohit who had only a small cut on his arms.
Khushi:Rohit,let us go
Rohit:No, Samu..I've to complete some formalities and I ll come back later.Don't tell anything to Mom.
Khushi: I'll go with you and what about the people on the bike that was going to hit us?
Rohit: I heard that one of them is serious.Samu..go home.I'm perfectly ok.
A reluctant Khushi went with Aman.She was feeling shy and happy at the concern of Arnav.
Arnav went straight to meet Rohit.
Arnav :Never ever take her on your bike.Keep away from her.
Rohit.Mr.Arnav,Samantha is my best friend.We may meet and go together as we wish.
Arnav said in an authoritative tone looking into his eyes:You'll keep away from her.
Rohit could not meet his eyes.
Arnav turned abruptly and went
